Overview

Golf lovers’ desert oasis with a decadent spa set amid stunning Red Rock Country

The Lowdown

Don’t forget to bring your sunglasses: you’re sure to be dazzled by the first sight of this southwest oasis, with its red rock desert landscapes, endless blue sky and emerald-green golf courses. Set inside a tony gated community, the resort consists of one- to four-bedroom adobe casitas designed to harmonize with the surrounding scenery: soothing earthy tones inside continue the theme. The spa offers a range of exotic treatments – try the Desert Moon pedicure with coconut milk and chicory root – and even caters to kids (guests can also arrange for private trainers, tai chi sessions and guided hiking through the fitness center and spa.) The Kokopelli Restaurant & Lounge, meanwhile, overlooks the golf course and offers homey fare like halibut fish and chips, cheeseburgers and steaks.

In the Area

Take the family to see a show under the stars at the Tuacahn Outdoor Theatre, a 1900-seater amphitheater that hosts a roster of rollicking musicals and Broadway favorites. Appreciate Utah’s unique brand of beauty at Snow Canyon State Park, right on the inn’s doorstep – you can explore the canyons, lava flows and Najavo red sandstone formations by foot, horseback or mountain bike. About an hour away, you’ll find Zion National Park, offering equally spirit-lifting scenery: think multi-hued sandstone cliffs, slot canyons and abundant wildlife.

Birthday Weekend

This was our second trip to the Inn At Entrada. Definitely one of the finest places we’ve ever stayed. So quiet, serene and relaxing. The rooms are fantastic, each with its own garage, fireplace, large bathroom, leather chairs and a porch surrounded by nature. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful Casita, beautiful site

Wow! What an intro to Utah scenery! Our room was absolutely delightful with its private garage and patio opening out to a vista that was breath catching. Our particular room had the gorgeous water feature of a lily pond/rock garden. The staff was very friendly and very efficient.

Our fave in SG!

Every summer, just before school starts our family goes to St. George to see their Broadway in the Desert at Tuacahn. We always stay at Entrada! It is our very favorite! Spacious, clean casitas are just perfect for our family

Beautiful resort

We spent two nights in a casita with another couple. It was perfect! Ate both dinners in as the kitchen was great and the patio had a lovely view. One day we spent hiking in Zion, about 40 miles away. This was a welcome sight to come back to, kick back, hit the pool, and just relax. Staff was very friendly.

Excellent accommodations

We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was huge and amazing. We played golf with our teenage boys and it was great although the course is challenging! The restaurant is great. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. It is hot so it was lower season so not a ton of guests in June. We would definitely go back.
