The Lowdown

Put the “u” in “Utah,” and take yourself on a bucket-list vacation to the Beehive State. This western destination holds a plethora of legendary natural attractions, with astonishing scenery that’s as fun to photograph as it is to explore. You’ve got Zion National Park, with its dramatic red cliffs; Bryce Canyon National Park, with its rocky spires, or hoodoos; and the northern rim of the Grand Canyon. If you prefer your parks off the beaten path, you can also try one that’s state managed, like Snow Canyon, or visit the 15-ft. falls at Kanarraville.
You’ll be close to all of these as a guest at Coral Springs Resort. And when you need a break from exploring the impressive rock formations, you’ll still be able to snap pictures of them, thanks to the luxury boutique property’s setting in St. George. After a fitness-center stop, a round at the tennis or basketball courts or a splash at the indoor or seasonal outdoor pool, with mountain views, head to your suite’s private balcony – complete with grills and a fireplace. Then, relocate to the full gourmet kitchen, living room or dining area, to experience the great indoors.


Southwestern-inspired suites are complete with full gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, as well as central air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi. You’ll have a private balcony, too, which holds a barbecue grill and outdoor fireplace – plus, a raised Jacuzzi tub in your bathroom and two or more flat-screen TVs. Each master bedroom comes with a king bed, a walk-in closet and a master bath with a walk-in shower.Three Bedroom Two Bathroom suites measure a capacious 1,823 square feet and feel even larger, thanks to their 10-ft. ceilings. The second bedroom holds one queen bed, while the third comes equipped with two double bunk-beds, which sleep four-eight people.


Within approximately an hour are the cliffs of Zion National Park, majestic Kanarra Creek Falls and the red rocks of Snow Canyon State Park. If you’re willing to drive another hour, you can visit Bryce Canyon National Park’s rock hoodoos; a three-hour drive will take you to the Grand Canyon’s northern rim. Other local activities run from paddleboarding to fishing to ATV touring; if you’re a biker, set out one of the scenic area trails, like those of Temple Hill and Bear Claw. Afterwards, reward your tired muscles with a soak in the Jacuzzi, seasonal outdoor pool or year-round indoor pool. Also on-site are courts for both tennis and basketball.

The customer service was incredible! The team here at Coral Springs (especially Sequoyah) were so helpful. There was confusion due to the errors of a third party who was booking our stay but the team here was more than helpful and kind! I would highly recommend this place. It is worth! Beautiful and stunning inside and out! 10/10

Gorgeous Getaway!

We loved our stay at Coral Springs! We found a deal on Groupon and after researching a few other options, opted to try this place as we wanted to be near enough to Zion but with more entertainment/restaurant options offered by a bigger city like Saint George. We were located on the first floor with a sunset view. The resort was super quiet. The underground parking was nice. The check-in/out instructions were texted and emailed to us making it a very smooth process. I don't personally need a lot of hand holding or facetime with front desk people, so the fact that we didn't meet anyone from the resort the entire time was fine with me nor did we have any issues we needed help with but that may not be your preference so be aware that the management is very MIA.

Our unit was very clean upon arrival and well equipped for meals, laundry, etc. if we wanted to bring our kids - it would be a great place to stay. The pool was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Coral Springs located about 40 min from Zion National Park - the drive up to Zion is beautiful and not a problem at all as we did it twice, two of our days there, but there are definitely many more options for hotels in the towns leading up to Zion that would put you within walking distance of the free shuttle that runs back and forth to the park.

Also, Coral Springs exit is under heavy construction right now. Not a problem to navigate but something to be aware of - we would return here in a heartbeat!

Let’s make a list of everything that went wrong:

When we arrived the outside light was out, it was very hard to see putting in our code.
When we walked in, we were promised 4 queens, a double and a king. There was a king, double, queen and a bunk bed. When we called they said they conside the double to be a queen. Didn’t offer to move us to another room. So we squished. We then noticed the blinds are totally hanging by the threads. Two of the blinds. The bright street light was shining right in our window. Called and left a message, no reply. So we call in the morning. Then one of us took a shower and the drain kept getting backed up...soooo gross.
A maintenance guy did finally come to help, he was super nice, fixed one of the drapes just enough to hang it up. Said they would fix the drain and check to see if he could get us a room, because the beds were not what we should’ve had.

Well, we never heard back and the drain was way worse in the morning. There were towels still in the dryer when we got there as well on the first day.

What great “customer service” don’t think they cared at all.
