How to Get There
Honestly, the room was just okay, but the amazing staff warrants a 5 star review for this hotel. We arrived very early, as many US flights do, and Marina was such a pleasure to deal with and let us know as soon as our room was ready. She was so sweet and helpful. Other staff was also great--always happy to give tips and recommendations. Breakfast was excellent and even offered champagne. There is also a nice lobby area if you need to wait around with your luggage until your next connection. The trams are right outside the hotel, which makes it so easy to get around, and you can walk to Oktoberfest.
Stayed with my son in two separate singles rooms. Rooms were comfortable and well cleaned. Due to flight timing we arrived several hours before the normal check in time but the receptionist went out his way to let us know as soon as the rooms were ready.
Attached restaurant ( Ottantanove ) served an excellent breakfast and we had a couple of meals there which were very good.
Room had a small safe which was adequate for valuables.
Room rate was 417 euro per night +14 euro for breakfast. Very expensive for a 3 star hotel but to be expected during a high demand period such as Oktoberfest.
Stayed as a family of 4 in August 2019. Two lads 21 & 24 with our folks. My father had paid for the rooms beforehand and on arrival the abrupt lady on reception was adamant rooms hadn't been paid in advance (she didn't check for a while). After a minute or 2 the lady checked and yes rooms paid for. Next came breakfast, "you don't have breakfast included". She then checked the screen and yes breakfast included and pre-paid. This is a real shame as it put a downer on what was a very nice hotel. The rooms were lovely. Large, spotlessly clean with a powerful shower and comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the location is great. The blonde lady on reception the following day was very polite and helpful.
