A trip in Munich with three nights in this hotel
Reviewed 6 days ago

I was in this hotel for four days and three nights. This hotel looks luxurious but the staff isn't competent at all and the staff isn't as polite as I thought. I don't know if I would come another time in this hotel. It looks great but the staff isn't that what I expected.

Excellent Stay

We stayed in MO Munich for three nights at the weekend & had a fantastic stay. Prior to arrival I contacted the concierge team who were most helpful with arranging a private transfer from the airport, restaurant bookings & sightseeing recommendations. We arrived to the hotel a few hours before check in and received a warm welcome from all staff and we were delighted to find our room was ready, Arian the rooms division manager escorted us to the lounge for a complimentary drink & to check in , then took us up to our room, he was so friendly, informative and made us feel really welcome. We had drinks in Ory on two nights of our stay- nice atmosphere & cocktails were great , we dined in Matsuhisa on our last night - service & food quality was impeccable, we also had breakfast each morning which was very good. Service in all areas of the hotel was brilliant, all staff are super at what they do & were the main contributors to an extremely enjoyable stay!

Quality hotel, excellent service

Business trip to attend Bau exhibition. Two night stay, fabulous rooms but view is directly onto multi storey car park and rooms were so warm, needed to open windows in winter! Experienced two different barmen one excellent, engaging and knew his gins, the second wasn't at all engaging.

Breakfast was an amazing selection, and attentive staff really engaging and friendly.

They also recommended a local restaurant and we had great service there too (because we were guests of Manderin Oriental

Business lunch

Had a very productive and exceptional service at my business lunch at the Mandarin. Our waiter Mr. Santana was very attentive and he is a great host. He has food knowledge of the offerings. Great variety of food options. Well done

Almost perfect hotel with small things to improve

The room we had was spacious all right. High ceiling, nice curtains and interior design.
The new design of the bar/restaurant and the lobby is great. Congratulations!
The gym could be a bit more spacious, and serviced more evenly and regularly. e.g. one day there were nuts and lemonade offered there, next day nothing.
It is ridiculous that you pay many hundreds of EUR per nights and you do not get a complementary internet access. I was very disappointed.
