How to Get There
Quality Apartment. We had opted for a 1 Bedroom Apartment for our family of 4. The sofa-cum bed in the hall opens up into a nice and a cosy bed. Has a full kitchen with all amenities.
Overall Nice apartment.
The only drawback is that it does not have a car park to fit a big car. We did not have much of a problem as we visited on a weekend and parking on the opposite street was free for 2 days.
Also the parking charges for parking your car at the hotel is 18 Eur per day which is exorbitant. They should allow free parking for its customers.
The entire place looks like it has been recently renovated. Everything is clean and looks brand new and there is no cigarette smell. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The service was decent and everyone was really nice. They looked after our bags while we toured the city. Only issue they need to work on is not over booking their parking. We paid for parking but they over booked their parking lot and we had to park illegally for the night.
The staff are very nice and the place is clean .and the location is good only half an hour walk to the marinplatz. Be careful when entering the parking lot. It's very narrow. The pellows are not good.
Just good staff but our expextarion is lower hotel standard.
The location a little bit far away from central train station and we book for 7 room but we got only 5 rooms with extra bed upon arrival.
No manager on duty.
No better solving problem.
No daily cleaning service.
team overcharged for stay, refused that they have cheaper rooms, but I was able to book online for a cheaper room...place was being refurbed at the time i stayed and the water pressure was terrible, and all communal areas were dusty, elevators being used to move sofas constantly etc, absolutely no effort was made to appologies, apart from a cheap, basic note on the bed.
