We truly appreciate you taking the extra steps to make sure our stay was pleasurable and a good experience. We came to TX to meet my siblings, who I never meet and during my reservation I told you my story and you made sure our room was ready with everything we needed including the roller way bed for my other aunt. We definitely, appreciated the fact that you stop by room to make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed.
Good customer service is in the quality of make sure that the customer needs are met in manner that reflects Marriott business in a positive manner and that is what you gave us.
I will definitely recommend your hotel to friends and family, and I’m sure I’ll be back on vacation. Thanks again
I arrived at the 'Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum by the Galleria'.
There were two staff at the desk.
I was the ONLY guest at the desk.
I waited 36-mnts to be checked-IN!!!!!
Both of the employees struggled to check me in! Don't ask me why!
I accepted the walk-in rate of $120.
Check-In at midnight on June 4, 2019. Checked-out the next morning (June 5th) at 8AM.
Two months later, I found that I was charged $238.40 (for 2- nights)!!!
Been struggling with the hotel to get a refund or even communicate back!!
Will Never stay or recommend this hotel!
We only stayed one night in a king size bedroom. Love that the room didn’t have carpet! Also, there was only a large shower and no bathtub. We ate at the bar area and the food was delicious!!! I would suggest this hotel!!!
