Highly recommend! Our stay was excellent! Comfortable beds, modern rooms and huge bathrooms! The staff was friendly and great location. The breakfast looked really good but we had plans in the morning. We will stay again if traveling north again.

A fabulous place to stay for us and our pooch!

We stayed at the Sheraton to attend a family wedding in the area. The hotel is in a good location, easy to get to and was very convenient for shopping, meals and in our case the wedding venue. From check-in on the front desk staff were warm, friendly and very accommodating. Brandon, the front desk clerk, also went above and beyond making sure we got to the wedding in the hotel’s shuttle bus when we were struggling to get an Uber. The hotel is clean, comfortable and appears to recently have gone through a renovation in the guest rooms and the public spaces.

While not the reason we chose the hotel, when our pet-sitter fell through I found out the Sheraton was pet friendly and that they truly were. No fees or size restrictions, they gave us a door tag to identify that there was a pet in the room and we signed a waiver at check-in. Our Labrador Retriever was very happy making friends in the lobby and on her walks. We also found a great dog Park, Battle Creek Dog Park, only a few miles from the hotel!

I would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton if business, or pleasure, brings you to this area.

Clean, sufficient hotel

This hotel is sufficient for a night. We found it to be clean. Club level room was fine. Promised club level breakfast included powdered eggs and ended at 9am on Sunday. We went to the restaurant instead and paid for a buffet that also offered powdered eggs, a pet peeve of mine. Especially annoying to pay $40+ for them.

Not Pet Friendly

After our attempt at a weekend getaway, I have to say I am honestly appalled at the way this hotel handled their customer service and pet policy. First of all, they did not give us the policy for pets or have us sign anything related upon checkin. Apparently, the policy is to never leave your pet unattended in your room, which I would have been happy to follow. I am a rule-follower by nature and completely understand having policies in place. Because I took a 20 minute trip to the lobby and eating space IN the hotel, leaving my dog safely in his kennel in the room, they came into the room and removed my pet b/c of barking. Note, the dog was not barking when I left the room or when I was waiting at the elevator. There was no note, no call to inform us. It was extremely upsetting for my children and I to return to our room and see our dog had been taken. If they would’ve called/ contacted me or even left a note we AT LEAST wouldn’t have panicked. I will never stay at another Sheraton again, no matter the circumstances. We checked out right after this happened. Please think twice before bringing your pet to this establishment.

Perfect setting for a business meeting
Reviewed 2 months ago

i stayed at this hotel for a 3-day business meeting. We used one of the hotel's meeting rooms for our meeting and it worked out nicely. The hotel's location was only about 15-20 minutes from the airport so that worked out well. The guest rooms were clean, neat and the amenities were very good. The hotel restaurant is good as well, breakfast is not included with your stay, it costs extra, but the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I would use this hotel again as the need arises.
