Donald(executive lounge), Gerald(valet) Violina and Sonar(restaurant) are amazing. They take such great care of me and my colleagues when we are in town for meetings at our corporate office. They make it feel like it is our second home.

Recently stayed at the Westin Perimeter North and Donald provided amazing service. He made my trip feel like I was at home. Warm, caring, genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible. Go see him in the Exec Lounge!

Club closed on weekends

This is s great facility but they are having difficulties with the new Marriott system. According to the new Martiott web site, Westins should provide breakfast as can smmenity without the club. The club is closed on weekends so I asked for breakfast coupons which they eventually provided. The staff was otherwise extremely friendly The housekeeping staff was especially friendly. They are wonderful.

I think the issues with the hotel are the integration into the Marriott system and the staff needs education

As for the club, they should st least provide coffee on the weekends

This has been my house when I travel to Atlanta :) Love the place and the people who work here.

Enjoy the room and the amenities. Great Lounge , talk to Mark in the morning and Donald in the evening. Love the service and the friendship.
There is a great health club attached to the hotel too.
Have been coming here every week for the past 4 months.

I am a world traveler, and recently had the wonderful experience of staying at the Westin in Dunwoody, Georgia. The hotel is superbly run by Dedo Dixon, who treated us incredible respect, joy and competence! He is the model of integrity, and we are looking forward to our return visit. My son and his family recently moved into the area, so we are lucky to have found such a wonderful home away from home. In addition to Dedo, each and every staff member went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well cared for. Everyone from Gerald Antoine (concierge), Anette Wright and Racquel Buckland (front desk)and Mark (executive club lounge)all went out of their way to provide us excellent service. In addition, Omerdie, Yagodimka and Jacqueline (chef) also went out of their way to provide us excellent restaurant service, including special desserts and take outs. A great job from a great team!
