When you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re a 15-minute drive from the cafés and clubs of bustling Little Havana and a 20-minute drive from Miami’s Design District. Roam There offers great bespoke tours of the Design District’s street art and galleries. Afterward, check out such high-design shops as Susane R. and Niba Home, then grab an alfresco meal beneath the twinkling lights in the 150-year old oak trees at airy Mediterranean restaurant Brosia.

What a fabulous team. Everyone we interacted with were so professional and customer focused.
At check-in our child was looking so disappointed when realizing that there were no Halloween decorations or nearby houses to go trick-or-treating.
While we had dinner, Arnaldo and his team decorated our hotel room with balloons and Halloween signs and left plenty of chocolate.
Due to sudden illness we had to cut our dinner short. The staff (Melissa and the waiter originally from Corsica) at the restaurant were incredibly flexible and helpful.
The evening could have been a total disaster but the staff just made the stay as very pleasant.

What can I say this was easily one of my best visits at the Ritz! The Customer Service desk is so stellar. I'd personally like to give a shoutout to Giovanni at the front desk he was so pleasant to me throughout my stay. He seems like a wonderful person. I have zero complaints about my stay, the food at Isabelle's *chefs kiss* spectacular. I even went to their lounge and enjoyed myself.I went to the spa and enjoyed myself as well. Love this property and would come back again
