Miami’s hip Brickell nabe is filled with skyscrapers and the shimmering Four Seasons tower is among the most impressive with its stunning views over Biscayne Bay. A waterwall and striking sculptures greet guests in the cavernous lobby – more than $3 million worth of Latin American art is sprinkled throughout the hotel. All 221 guestrooms offer a modern take on Four Seasons elegance with large Deco-inspired headboards, marble bathrooms with designer Ortigia products and techy perks like HD TVs and DVD players. Also impressive: The two-acre terrace on the seventh floor with three swimming pools, the 50,000-square-foot gym and the buzzy Edge steakhouse.
In the Area
The boutiques, bars and restaurants of the growing Brickell are truly world class. Grab speakeasy-style cocktails at Blackbird Ordinary or party at Brit pub–inspired haute hotspot the Hoxton. Catch a concert or the Miami Heat playing in their own kingdom, American Airlines Arena, just a few minutes north. Or get your dose of culture at the nearby Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The Prelude by Barton G. offers a $29 prix-fixe dinner menu for seatings prior to 7:30 p.m.
How to Get There
We went to Miami for the boat show and stayed at the Four Seasons. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. From Jorge at the valet, Kevin in the Edge restaurant, Gabriel at the pool and Alex at the pool bar. Yes, I remember their names because they made us feel so important and welcome.
The room was impeccably clean.
Speaking of the Edge restaurant, the most juicy and moist roasted chicken I have EVER experienced. The mashed potatoes were whipped like silk!
DEFINITELY on our “visit again” list
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Prior to our stay I had tried a few times to reach the concierge to arrange car service, and each time was rerouted back to reception. I found that once we arrived, the concierge was not quite up to Four Seasons standards. Each time my husband and I would request something, they were all looking down and seemed annoyed that we were asking for help.
Aside from that, everything else was superb! Our lunch at the pool restaurant, along with breakfast each morning was above our expectations! Every waiter/ress, and hostess very pleasant and accommodating as were the valets!
The Equinox gym is simply over the top! One of the finest we have ever experienced in a hotel!
You pay for what you get! My stay was absolutely outstanding during the business conference in downtown Miami. Check-in process was seamless, and the room was super spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the Equinox access as well as an early swim in the pool before heading out to my meetings. Special thanks to Santa at the front desk for excellent customer service and care :)
This hotel was Too busy to provide room service or they were very understaffed. The phone wasn’t answered and messages weren’t returned. The room was very clean and had a nice layout. The bed and linens were very comfortable and luxurious.
We stay at the Four Seasons whenever possible. The service is always outstanding. Any this time was no exception. What a great staff. They could not be more accommodating. They welcomed my almost two year old son with a toy and treat us like family each time we walk through the door.
