This is the 2nd time we have visited the hotel and everything was again fantastic. The hotel staff (Claudia, Win and the team) cannot do enough to make you feel welcome and the facilities are wonderful. The room was amazing. Can't wait to visit again next year. Thank you.

Fantastic holiday, even in the heat of summer

What a lovely hotel. We absolutely loved everything (apart from the view in room 444), the location, service and facilities are outstanding. The hotel staff always smiling and willing to chat with you. Anything you need the hotel will do its upmost to get this to you. We did worry about the weather which has stopped us from coming to Dubai in July/August but we needn't have worried, the entire country adapts to the sweltering heat exceptionally well, cold air conditioning everywhere, chilled pools and nice little touches such as free water and ice lollies around the pool, I think I felt the heat more in Spain than I did in Dubai. The only issue really is in the evening when the humidity is really high and drenched you within seconds, but it's more than copable if you dont venture to far.
The food at the hotel is fantastic, we took advantage of the half board offer and where able to eat in a few different places including the Indian restaurant over at Jumierah Zebal Saray. Every meal was beautifully presented and plentiful, 3 courses each evening, foodie heaven!. The hotel is small but part of a much bigger resort whereby you can use all the facilities of the whole resort including unlimited access to Wild Wadi (Monday to Thursday best days to go to beat the queues), out bots loved the water parks and would have happily spent each day there.
The hotel rooms are lovely and well equipped, we had a basic Arabian deluxe which slept 2 adults and 2 children on a sofa bed, plenty of room with a view over towards the Burj, much better view than a sea view in our opinion, although room 444 has zero view other than a wall, so avoid at all costs.
Overall, we simply loved staying here and enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning on a return visit, even in August!
