How to Get There
Another lovely stay at the hotel staff are all so friendly Nice to be welcomed back again to a lovely disabled room and watch the planes passing by The Regency club was special staff remembering us from last year nice quiet atmosphere in there and very suitable for the wheelchair This hotel has a special place in our hearts as it was the one we stayed in first time we came to Dubai So hope all being well we will be back for the tenth time to next March Pool boys friendly and very helpful with my husband we love the view from there Staff work so hard they have to be congratulated for their patience and are always smiling
Staff are very polite and helpful, especially the concierge Chintaka Perera who was really helpful with our shopping at the Gold Souk and his contacts!
Location is great for gold shopping and cheap bargains that you will not find in any other location and also handy upon your return journey to the airport.
Recommend staying here on the last couple of days on your departure.
Enjoyed staying in Hyatt Regency dubai.staff were super supportive.1 of the best experience of staying in Hyatt..special thanks to mr.afzal and bell boy bhandari.i would recommend everyone to go and stay to this luxurious property.
Awesome stay. We stayed here for 5 nights in 2 rooms apartment. The stay was fabulous. The view from the rooms was awesome. Our rooms were sea facing on 19th Floor. The food was delicious. Both the hotels, The Hyatt & The Hyatt Residence, are connected to each other. You can access all the facilities in both. Room service is quick and the staff is very polite and professional. The rooms are very clean with complete wall to wall carpet. Just like you are staying in a home.
The hotel is in front of electronics market. Food options are available with KFC and Pizza Hut just opposite to it. The Veg options are little less near to hotel. Almost 10-14 mins walking from Gold Souk Market. Cabs are easily available from the hotel entrance.
I was in this hotel for 2 days because of a business trip.
Nice, Cozy, very clean, Polite and friendly staff, and all of them knew English very well which made me happy.
The lobby is big and beautiful. The security of the Lobby are all the time standing on feet but their presence does not annoy you.
fun places were a lot and even from outside of the hotel come there for its nightclub.
The beds of the room were extremely comfortable. No noise could enter the room. The view from 13th floor to the Persian gulf was nice but when sunsetting it was sorrowful.
The last point is about breakfast; which were limited options, only 1 type of cake, and ordinary things to be chosen for eating that when I was a 4 star hotel, it had a very much better breakfast options.
To shorten the long story, I enjoyed staying there.
