Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai
What We Love
- The views of Burj Khalifa from a cabana on the resort’s private beach
- The special child-sized Bulgari bath products in sensitive skin formulations
- The whole resort is wheelchair-accessible
What To Know
- Guests can check-in from their rooms—no need to stand at reception
- The only Bulgari Resort with a kids’ club, it’s all very family friendly, with services from babysitting to kids’ cooking classes
- It’s touted as the most expensive hotel in Dubai, but that applies only to the private villas; room prices are comparable to other five-star hotels
Where most Dubai hotels reach up into the sky, the new Bulgari Resort spreads itself out luxuriously, over a stretch of sandy private beach on Jumeirah Bay Island. No building is higher than four floors, and there’s plenty of privacy. Each of the rooms and suites comes with its own balcony, a deep bathtub with separate shower, and a walk-in closet. Space, here, is plentiful. We love the minibar hidden in a vintage-style trunk and the silk walls in the rooms, as well as the heritage Bulgari pieces pulled from the archives and displayed around the resort. The spa is suitably decadent, with an indoor swimming pool with spectacular sea views, (real) gold tiles, and heaps of features (ice fountain, rainforest showers, steam rooms, vitality pools) designed to get you feeling invigorated, soothed, or a combination of both, as fast as possible. And then there’s the Yacht Club, with its members’ lounge, outdoor pool and 50-berth harbor. Don’t forget your boat.
In the Area
The hotel has a prime spot on Jumeirah Bay, a seahorse-shaped, man-made island connected to the mainland via bridge. Although it feels like a resort – it’s possible to go days without leaving the hotel grounds and not feel like you’re missing out – the nightlife, restaurants and sights of Dubai are just a 15-minute drive away.
How to Get There
Have just returned from a weeks stay at this resort. Have stayed at Bulgari’s In London and Milan and this venue certainly doesn’t disappoint. Lovely location around the Marina on one side and white sand beach on the other. Luxury contemporary design makes this an Uber cool place to stay and certainly in comparison to some of the slightly chincy hotels of Dubai. Staff were all excellent, from front line staff to management all were focussed on the customer....very pleasing to see and clearly a well trained team with a great attitude and happy disposition. (Great wash and blow dry in the Hair Salon too with a bonus view of the Burj Khalifa!) Well done to all and hope to re-visit sometime.
Went to Bulgari Dubai in January with a friend for lunch at Il Ristorante Niko Romito and took the opportunity to do a tour to get to know the hotel.
Being a Bulgari lover and knowing Bulgari Bali and Bulgari restaurants Tokyo and Osaka, have to say that would be very hard to be disappointed in any Bulgari in the world.
Bulgari Dubai is gorgeous, tremendous good taste, chic, minimalist and modern. They explored a lot natural day light what gives a great comfortable feeling.
When you are in the rooms, you don't feel you are in a hotel, but in your home.
They have an amazing gym, with beach view and technogym machines made exclusively to Bulgari.
They have an authentic japanese omakase restaurant, Hoseki, with 100% japanese staff and fishes come from tokyo's fish market every week! This is a unique and authentic japanese experience outside japan! Also, the beach and city view from the restaurant is the best!!
Then we headed to Il Ristorante, by chef Niko Romito (3 Michelin star chef), that also have 100% italian staff and uses italian ingredients. We set on their beautiful terrace facing the nautica.
They serve in house made bread that has 30% potato, what makes it delicious!
We were lucky enough to be there during truffle season and try their hand made tagliolini butter emulsion and alba white truffle! it was perfect, cant even describe it!
To finish, we had the golden hazelnut desert that was delicious!
This is a must go place and will definetly stay there next time in Dubai!
I decided to treat myself at the Bvlgari Resort. I chose Il Cafe as it was our doors over looking the yacht club.
Watched the sunset. Beautiful weather. Wasnt crowded.
The service was nothing but excellent. I spent about 2.5 hours reading a book .
The Red wine that was recommended by the staff was fantastic. Salad was good. The bread was excellent too. Dessert was tiramisu, this was a large portion as I had requested them to add alcohol.
On the whole it was a lovely experience. I will be back for sure.
I Been here with friends in 3 bedroom villa with awesome night view on downtown skyline .
And stay in this spacious , modern and well equipped villa with private pool been amazing . And for first time from all times what i could try servicies of butler , this time it was as in movie , never ever he disturb us but when we needed him been there !
Wellness , food , service everything also in high end level .
Is only question of time when we will return there !
Visited the Bulgari Resort to go to the Yacht Club bar. It was very nice and quiet. Beautiful design, great atmosphere and good service.
I love the interior design, it is the embodiment of the Bulgari brand in physical space and everything is reflective of what is expected to be translated from intangible to tangible brand aspects.
Needless to say, the quality of the drinks was very good, the menu was extensive and the attention received from a number of members of staff looking after us, was exactly what one can expect from such a place.
Look forward to being back!
