How to Get There
Visited this hotel with my 11 year old daughter in August. A truly amazing hotel with an exceptional staff. The room was big and the cleaning service was very good. The beach and pool area was very clean with free sunbeds and towels. In addition it was free shuttlebuses to both The Dubai Mall and Saraj Mall every day. Several on site restaurants, and the food was great.
Would love to visit again. Highly recommended!
Stayed here end July to August 12th. The Hotel itself is a lovely place with super facilities throughout. On arrival which was after midnight we were quickly processed to our room and given a snack. The breakfasts are all taken in the Vista all day dining buffet. The salad bar is good the hot food selection and the presentation very average. The hot food presented in lidded containers with warm not hot low quality food. A very good egg bar cooked at request to your liking. No quality staple vegetables to be seen and no fries?? There are three other resteraunts Mejhana along with Bab Al Bhar and Safi all are good but no better, some reviews had myself expecting top notch food sadly that was not to be.
The room we had was a sea view with large balcony. No doubt about this TOP quality room with superb bed, bedding and fittings. The rest of the hotel is so relaxing again with super clean fixtures and fittings. The pool areas are also well maintained with a great selection of sunbeds always available. The beach is nice grey white sand with again lots of sunbeds. Our time here is during the peak hot weather so it is fair to say a quieter period for the Hotel.
The staff, all of them have a solid work ethic and work very hard with nothing too much trouble. All very respectful and friendly towards the guests. They do a pool/beach waiter service for drinks and this can be a very hit/miss/lengthy experience as we experienced more than once.
They do a shuttle bus to Dubai, Ajman, Sahara.
From the time we arrived our time spent here was just so relaxing which was made better so much better than all the staff at the hotel(to many to mention), i would also like the thank the guy who doesn't work for the hotel but works out of it selling excursions, who was great and got us the best prices for our trips, thanks for that. The hotel itself is beautiful from the outside right through to the beach, it's a credit to the management and staff who work tirelessly to keep up the standard it is. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, however I would if it's affordable going all inclusive and without a doubt a sea view room, to watch the sun go down. I would also like to thank the life guard's who wrote a personal note for my partner with there sand rack on the beach one morning at 7am, she was so shocked and thrilled by it, thanks for that. Food, drinks all excellent always something there I liked, however there was one night I just wanted a pizza for a change and this was no trouble for the chefs to make. Unfortunately I already have holidays booked for next year because if I didn't I would have no hesitation in re-booking this hotel.
