How to Get There
I went there for one night in Abu Dhabi for business, I decide to stay at Traders because of the view.
When I checked in the agent asked me if am a smoker and yes I am smoker, am surprised to tell me sorry sir we dont have a room with a view for smoking rooms and he wants to give me a room where facing DOT.
All this big hotel theres no smoking rooms facing the nice view of Shiekh zayed mouseque, I think you guys needs to take an action regarding that.
Traders hotel is a really amazing place for relax, spend a good time and sunbathe with your couple! The service is really amazing, everyone is so polite and sweet and every time I got a help in a very short time. Also cleaning service was on a good level.
I really enjoyed every day breakfast, especially big thanks for a friendly and kind mr Almaine which met us every morning with his smile and positive :))))))
I celebrated my birthday with my famliy here at the hotel and the experience was awesome. The check in and check out were fast, we were assisted by Miss Dina and Miss Isabel. Miss Dina greeted us with a big smile. Very friendly. As always.
I was surprised with the set up by the housekeeping staff as I entered the room. Roses, fruits and cake were served on the table. During our dinner at the Afya Resto, we were given complimentary drinks, pizza and shisha since its the hotel's 10th anniversary. Bo and Said were friendly and accommodating. It was freaking hot in the beach lounge but they were so cool in attending our needs. You could literally see them sweating and even us, too, because of the hot temperature outside but who cares? They've shown what excellent service means. Food was great, affordable and delicious.
Breakfast was also great. Almaine and Badet welcomed us with big smiles. It was 8am when we had our bfast. The restaurant was not crowded. Ambiance was homey. Delicious foods were served. And the staffs surprised me by singing a birthday song lead by Badet, Fitria and Almaine. They also gave me a cake and a bday card. This is beyond excellent service. We even asked for siomai that wasn't served in the bfast menu and Chef Ken (the Filipino guy) did not hesitated to tell us that he will cook siomai for us. These people deserve appreciation for their hardwork and dedication.
Overall, the experience was great. We are beyond blessed to experience such excellent service. Our stay at the hotel was unforgettable. Will definitely come back.
BY the way, don't forget to try the pool. And take some photos at the beach, the view is really nice.
