How to Get There
Most staff never listen to customers’ requests, complaints and suggestions. Front desk staff is generally unfriendly, we had the feeling that they were only concerned about credit card details, no briefing to explain about hotel facilities on arrival, she was very cold, restaurant is under staffed, food quality is average and sometimes below average, lack of table and space to accommodate all guests in the restaurant, long queue for breakfast and dinner outside the restaurant. For a 5 star, the facilities do not reflect at all.
Our stopover in this hotel was a great experience. We were treated with consideration beyond expectations. Not only was the staff truly helpful but the room was spacious the bed comfortable and breakfast varied. I would Highly recommend this hotel.
Cannot fault this place to the level of service and the standard of food
Definately the best place for a relaxing break
Ei Ei you are a legend
Also all the staff cannot do enough for you
Will definately return
Paris to Melbourne stopover.
Excellent accommodation, great staff convenient location.
Several places w3ll 2orth visiting nearby, including Qasr Al Watn at the Presidential Palace. Other major attractions at affordable taxi fares from hotel. Great place to stay.
I booked the hotel for the Eid holidays. The room's/hotel's presentation and look was good and clean. At first we checked in to the hotel and got the room everything was fine we changed and went around the hotel to see the facilities and take pictures and once we were back we noticed that the AC is not cooling at all, and they sent a maintenance guy to fix it (super unpleasant as this had to be done prior to our arrival) the guy took the filters to be cleaned and thats fine as he said that will make the room cooler, but again when you go to a hotel you don't expect to have their AC maintenance done while your staying there. Note that I got a really bad migraines because of the room being hot. Anyways the AC was fine (to be continued). Later on I ordered in-room dining and ate in the hotel, this next part is even worse. Everything was fine and I went to sleep around 12 AM. Then again the AC started acting up and then the room became hot again I woke up from sweating and my migraines around 2 AM and then I also had an upset stomach and while later I started vomiting multiple times as I was food poisoned. Note that earlier I did not eat anything that was not from the hotel. Anyways long story short at 4AM we drove to a 24/7 pharmacy to get medication. And then in the morning I still had an upset stomach and threw up few more times and felt better and then had some fruits for breakfast. The hotel apologized for the inconvenience and gave us late checkout and delivered some tea and fruits, but that did not make up for the unpleasant stay we had. I stayed in multiple Jumeirah hotels and they were all great and very pleasant, but not this one.
