The Lowdown

Fall in love with Florence at the exceptional Torre Mannelli Suites on
the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Set within the walls of the bridge tower, the namesake suites just ooze luxury and elegance, from the Jacuzzis to
the twin balconies and terraces looking over the iconic cathedral and out
to the city – the
ultimate indulgence for a romantic escape. You’d be forgiven for
wanting to spend every moment in your beautiful abode, but magical
Florence is right on your doorstep.
And indeed, with the exclusive Tower Ambassador concierge service, you’ll have an
expert on hand to give you tips on the best places to visit. The
Ponte Vecchio is itself one of the city’s most famous sights, and many
of its others are within walking distance. Florence was at the very
heart of the Renaissance and is packed with staggering works of
art, from the ceiling frescoes of the Duomo to the
Galleria degli Uffizi – but be sure, too, to put aside some time to simply
wander without a plan, since getting lost among the narrow streets and bridges is part of the experience.

Suites are elegant and opulent,
with thick drapes, antique furnishings and handpicked artworks. The
Bardi suite has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, two double-facing
private balconies and views of the Ponte Vecchio, the Vasari Gallery,
the lungarni and Palazzo Pitti. With the exquisite Mannelli Suite,
you’ll also get access to a private gym, a Turkish bath, a large
terrace and 360-degree views of Florence.

The Mannelli suite has access to a private gym and spa, with a massaging foot rest, whirlpool with color therapy and Turkish bath.

Torre Mannelli Suites are within the structure of the Ponte Vecchio
Bridge, in the very center of Florence. You’re also within walking distance of the Galleria degli Uffizi and Duomo, plus countless other gorgeous displays of Renaissance art and architecture – not to mention, plenty of charming, winding alleys and streets.

Amazing place to stay in Florence!
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

My husband and I stayed at the Mannelli Suite for two nights on our babymoon. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed at (and we travel a lot) in terms of quality vs. price, location, and the overall vibe. Milva, the manager, was very accommodating. The suite itself is located in the Torre Mannelli tower and you feel like you are some Florentine royalty staying there, and it's so romantic too. The patio is huge, with the amazing views over the river, the city and most of the sites. The suite itself is very very large and luxurious and has 2 levels. We really could not have wished for more to have an unforgettable stay in Florence! So much better than your traditional hotel experience! We will definitely return and recommend Torre Mannelli Suites to our friends.

Stayed in the bardi suite for a romantic break and was not disappointed. The suite is huge and 2 balconies so you can catch the sun in the morning and the evening. Buy some milk to enhance your breakfast experience, and the Jacuzzi bath is worth a try ;) Bed exceptionally comfy.

The Most Amazing Room in Firenze
Reviewed 5 months ago

I found the Torre Mannelli Suite and had high expectations for the property. I am pleased to say it exceeded my expectation and I would strongly recommend a stay there if you enjoy the history and unique experience of a one of a kind location. Our Host Milva, provided extra service as requested and the experience staying in this location of Firenze is amazing. The outdoor terrace, even in the middle of winter was a great place for coffee and biscotti in the morning. The best part is your personal spa on a second floor below the bedroom. A tight spiral staircase must be navigated to reach this room, which also contains the bathroom but It is all part charm and the adventure at staying in this kind of property.

Very disappointing !

We booked this for 3 nights, but was very disappointed. The Barda suite isn't actually on the Ponte Vecchio as you are lead to believe, but actually on the side of it. The owner wasn't there to meet us,so I contacted the company that I booked it with and they got hold of her. She confirmed the telephone number we were calling was correct but said it never rang ! She got a friend to let us in. The elevator is a very tight sqeeze and stops at the floor below the suite. (The lift noise is very loud in the suite.) The friend didnt speak any English so we talked to the owner on the phone. We were given a book with info in and things we had to do. E.g. if there was water in the bathroom to contact her. But as the shower was in the bath with no door around it, the water went everywhere and we used the towels drying the floor up. The balcony looks lovely from the photos but you couldn't actually sit and look out easily as the walls are very high.
The welcome chocolates on the bed were bloomed, and the slippers provided made you slip on the floors. The only place to wash the plates etc up was in the bathroom sink and no washing liquid or cloths were provided.
The bed was comfortable and the position was terrific, but for what you actually got for your money I would suggest you go to a hotel. There was no Tower Ambassador available as stated on the web site. This was a real let down. I was pleased to leave this, I will go back to Florence but to a hotel with service and where I don't have to do the tidying up.

Perfect stay right in the heart of Florence

Torre Mannelli is located right on top of Ponte Vecchio, the room I have was one of the suites that is an impressive 2 floor room with a very nice terrace overlooking the river.
The room has everything you might need and more! Private gym, sauna, whirlpool bathtub, even a massage table.
Very comfortable, the host is great and extremely helpful, even booking a car to go to the airport.
I hope in every trip to Florence I can stay in this property.
Although does not offer the usual services of a hotel, you will find yourself in the best location and in extreme comfort.
You won't be disappointed!
