BRAVO HOTEL SAVOY

Hotel Savoy is over the top, starting with the staff, luxury accommodations, cuisine and location. We were traveling with a person using a wheelchair and the accessibility was exceptional. Hotel manager and staff went above their duties to make certain we had all our needs met. Five Star!!!!

Perfect location and very nice and beautiful hotel

The hotel had just been renovated and we stayed at the top floor over looking the whole center, filled with restaurants and bars. It is located ed at the center so it was easy to go site seeing and then come back. They Concierge was very nice help us in getting tickets to everything we wanted to see. He even went as far as rearranging our train tickets to Venice for us. I will recommend it 100%

great Location, near the D'uomo

its really a great hotel with wonderful staff. Was amazed at the location and also about the discretion of the property. Very central but also not in the noisy area. Was close to all the attactions and the shopping, but yet very quiet and quaint. Only reason why I resisted giving the Savoy a 5 star is due to the breakfast. The staff just got too busy and overwhelmed with the amount of guests. The service was bit slow. But overall there were many instances where went beyond its means

Lived up to its Promise!

Wanting to stay in a hotel which would be special enough for wedding anniversary celebrations, we lighted on the Savoy and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The newly refurbished hotel was smoothly run with comfortable rooms which felt luxurious. Our rooms looked on to the Piazza; we didn't, as other reviewers have commented, find this noisy, in fact we slept better there than we do at home thanks to the shutters. In addition, the piazza was pleasantly busy and interesting to look out onto. The restaurant was smart but not intimidating; in fact the staff gave the hotel a welcoming atmosphere, balancing good, discreet service with friendliness. The flowers in the lobby were a delight in themselves. A highlight for us was drinking cocktails in the hotel's bar on the square after dark.

Great Hotel, Great Location

Loved this hotel and can't say enough good things about the staff, particularly Rosa at the Front Desk. Beautiful rooms. The managers, concierge and front desk went out of their way to rush our laundry (we were out of clean clothes), provide great recommendations for restaurants and even a car & driver to get us to the Train Station. Florence is very small; that said, our hotel was never really more than a 5-10 minute walk from wherever we wanted to visit. GREAT...
