Overpriced

Good location, but awful room. Very small window and 7 meters to ceiling. Former storage space? With some exceptions the staff was not professional or helpful.
Stay far away from this enterprise. "Happy hour" etc. was opportunity to sell very exspensive prosecco.

Perfect location with modern, clean and well kept rooms and facilities. Daily change of sheets and towel replacement. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they even provided a little cake for my nieces birthday without us requesting (they noted date from passport). Breakfast had a variety of options including a much loved chocolate fountain and healthy options.

It is within walking distance to the Duomo, shops and restaurants.

Only thing to note would be the street noise when staying on level 2 and also footsteps from rooms above, but would otherwise highly recommend.

The best - HIGHLY recommended - beautiful and amazing service

What a special hotel. Location is unbeatable, the rooms are just lovely, and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We loved Giorgio, the elegant and charming Giorgio, who gave us so much help with perfect restaurant suggestions and helpful tips throughout our stay. This place is fabulous and highly recommended. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the glamorous Spadai Suite on the 5th floor, but all the rooms look fabulous.

Very nice

We loved this hotel mostly due to the rooms, upgraded bathrooms, free daily water bottles, soft drinks replaced daily in your room refrigerator. Also, there is a daily happy hour and your first one is complimentary (2 glasses of precesco). It's these little details that make a big difference in your hotel stay. Also, very centrally located too everything. 4 min walk to the accademia galleria (David).

I will return

Perfect central location in Florence. In the midst of tourist destinations, yet inside the hotel is very quiet and serene. My room was nice sized, comfortable and spotless! The staff was so friendly and helpful, just what I needed at the end of a tiring trip. My room came with the breakfast which I highly recommend. The wait staff remembered my preferences from day to day, so welcoming. Between the breakfast, the free minibar in room and the happy hour buffet, I required few meals outside the hotel. This all makes the price point a good value. The front desk promptly arranged for airport transportation as needed. They even told me the best Mass times at the Duomo. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
