Renowned as the world’s cultural capital, Florence is bursting at the seams with Renaissance architecture, historic artworks and famous sights, but there’s more to this place than the statue of David, the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio (though these are impressive, too!). Look a little closer, and you’ll see the streets are alive with a youthful energy, so take a while to browse the high-end shops, soak up the Italian atmosphere and observe the eclectic locals as you sip your Campari.
Set in the heart of the city, along the Arno River, is the ultra-chic Hotel Home Florence. Mixing the traditional elegance of the city with modern touches and whitewashed interiors, the hotel will make you feel utterly relaxed, as soon as you cross its threshold. After a busy day of exploring the impressive Uffizi or snapping the majestic Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore, unwind on the hotel’s rooftop terrace, which boasts spectacular views of Florence’s stunning cityscape.

How to Get There
Excellent level of services, rooms and food, also very friendly and helpful staff. Car parking was nice and easy, they arrange it so well. Breakfast table very interesting and memorable, nice pictures to take. Excellent view from the top floor, the best pictures ever.
Go and enjoy!
Best stay in Firenze center. Very friendly staff, amazing birthday surprise from hotel. We are very happy that we stayed at this hotel. The breakfast was unique and very nice. Finding a parking spot was comfortable.
What a very nice and friendly hotel. The hotel is situated a mere 10-minute walk from Santa Croce and is just off the Lungarno. My bedroom was spacious with a good clean shower room. Above all it was quiet, overlooking a small internal courtyard. Breakfast was very good, offering a choice of scrambled egg and bacon as well as cereals, croissants, hams, meats etc. etc., which are just the job for the start of the day in what is a walking city. The staff were invariably friendly and helpful. The low lighting in the passageways would be my only niggle.
I stayed here for my boyfriends birthday. From the moment we entered there was an extremely warm welcome and snacks and a drink of water after a quick visit to Pisa which we needed. We woke up the first morning, went downstairs for a lovely breakfast and to my boyfriends surprise we were delivered 2 glasses of prosecco and a delicious birthday tart with a candle. I thought this was a lovely touch and if we are in Florence again, we’ll know where to stay.
The staff was very nice & friendly, including the ladies working in the dining area. The breakfast was wonderful, with the variety of fresh vegetables & fruits, & the assorted breads & cakes. The location was very good, too, with the accessibility to the major sightseeing spots on both sides of the river. When I make another trip to Florence, this will definitely be my choice.
