Honeymoon stay
Reviewed 6 days ago

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon to Florence and it couldn’t have been better. Our room was lovely and bright, and the mini bar being included was a nice touch, as was the bottle of water and biscotti left each night at turn down.
We also really enjoyed the “happy hour” in the evening where a glass of Prosecco was provided and some tasty snacks too. Breakfast too was very good.
The spa facilities were wonderful, my husband and I made good use of the jacuzzi and steam rooms.
Service was brilliant, all in all one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at.

Perfect Boutique hotel experience, and a great spa!

The location, staff and amenities make this hotel the perfect place to stay while in Florence. We had a suite with an outdoor terrace and jacuzzi which were great to enjoy city living while in Florence. The location of the hotel is perfect - within walking distance to all attractions but not directly in the over populated / overcrowded parts of the city. The staff is overly accommodating to all your needs. The breakfast and evening happy hour are included and a nice amenity. In addition, the spa is small but very nice with a steam room, sauna, emotional showers, jacuzzi, in addition to all spa services. This hotel will not disappoint and will be our only hotel to stay in during our next trip to Florence.

Excellent Hotel in centre of Florence

The location of this hotel is amazing and walking distance to all the attractions, great restaurants and the train station is about 10 min walk. Hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was super fast and efficient having previously given our credit card details upon reservation. This suited us perfectly given we had a walking tour commencing not long after our arrival. We were able to leave our bags and when our room was ready (whilst we were out on tour) our bags were taken to our room ready for our return. Hotel lobby has the old world charm and we were given complimentary beverages whilst we waited on some maintenance in our room (air con didn't work). However, the problem was fixed and the staff very apologetic. Breakfast was very nice with more then enough options to choose from. But what impressed me was the information provided on our check-in which listed recommended restaurants by cuisine, tours, openings times for major attractions etc. We thought this was a great idea and saved us time and we didn't have to question staff. We didn't have time to visit the spa which was disappointing however, we would definitely stay at this hotel again next time in Florence.

More than a 5* Hotel!

I dare you to find a better Hotel in Florence for a Luxury stay within walking distance of all the major sites. Mobile in room available for free use for stay even for calls o/s & within Europe. Luxury Twin Room huge, had 2 dble beds (travelled with Mother) with free ample supplies in snacks & drinks in Mini Bar. The map supplied by Reception was invaluable in planning our day trips without getting lost. Breakfast variety ample, complimentary Proseco or other drink plus nibbles a nightly bonus. Honestly can't fault our stay in any way. 10 stars in my opinion.

Great Boutique in Downtown Firenze

Lobby is small but elegant. Staff is overly zealous but quite courteous. All of them are polite and very helpful. Rooms are of good size and very clean. Bathrooms are large and neat. Daily breakfast is abundant and quite tasty with a lot of varieties to please all needs. Last but not the least, nothing beats it’s location, which is close to everything. Great restaurants, nice shopping spots, museums and even the train station are all within short walking distance.
