A new condo hotel with family-friendly suites overlooking the quiet northern end of Grace Bay Beach

The Look

Classically beachy, the property takes design cues from Providenciales’ powder-soft sand, with all-white buildings, pale stone floors and white sun loungers set around a central outdoor pool. Nods to the Italian name are subtle: Terra-cotta tile roofs atop shaded walkways and balconies at the front and back of the suites.

Bed and Bath

Each of the enormous suites has three bedrooms (rooms are locked off if you book just one bedroom), a half bath, a laundry room, a state-of-the-art kitchen with Royal Doulton china and OXO appliances, an open-plan living area and a private balcony enclosed by mosquito netting. Dark wood kitchen cabinets and furniture contrast with the pale stone floors and pastel walls, and ikat or floral print cushions add a classy dash of color. The master bathrooms are apartment-size spaces in marble, with corner jet tubs, separate sinks and glass-enclosed showers.

Just beyond the hotel is Grace Bay Beach… and that’s really the point of staying here. There’s no restaurant (but the luxe kitchens can be stocked in advance, and the hotel does offer room service), and the staff clocks off at 5 p.m. (but you’re handed a cell phone on arrival), so the Venetian suits families and groups looking to play house in the Caribbean. Active types will get their fix in the small gym and on the two tennis courts, and there are free bikes for trips into town.

Incredible condo!

This place is breathtaking. All rooms have an ocean view. Levels 2 and higher have a screened in balcony. The 1st floor opens up to a well-maintained yard. It is at the east end of the main strip of Grace Bay. It is quiet and not as crowded. The rooms are very roomy and clean. I would say cleaner than any hotel we have stayed in. The full-size kitchen is great and well stocked for the basic items you would need to cook with. They provide bottled water each day and clean beach towels. You don't need to bring your own beach towels if you don't want to. Save the luggage space for souvenirs. They have WiFi for the rooms as well as the beach. A cell phone was provided with $10 worth of minutes for local calls. We didn't use it, but it was a nice added touch.
The office staff are very friendly and helpful. When we arrived Colleen welcomed us as if we were long lost friends who haven't seen each other in a long time. Her and Ornella helped book restaurant reservations, excursions and answered general questions about the property and area. They provided great customer service.
There are carports to park your car under which is nice for protection from the sun. The swimming pool area is nice but most people were on the beach. The beach area is taken care of and they have chairs and umbrellas set up. We were there during the offseason, but there was always plenty of room on the beach. There are a couple of restaurants nearby that you can walk to. They also have bikes if you would like to use them.
There are two jetties within walking distance of the condos where you can snorkel and see some great coral reefs and fish. Make sure to bring your own snorkeling gear! You don't need fins and you can spend a lot of time just hanging out around the jetties seeing a lot of great marine life.
This was our first time to the island and if we come back we will stay here again. My review cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay here and how great the room was. It is not all-inclusive, but you have everything you need to cook or bring food back to the room.
Thank you so much to the staff of the Venetian in providing us a great relaxing vacation! Hope to see you again in the future!

This place is a gem and a dream. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. I knew going into it that it would be a condo as it clearly states, so we rented a car. There is a woman who takes orders from the beach for lunch and drinks from Ocean Club so that was very convenient. Coco bistro and other restaurants are a few min car ride. They ask if you would like groceries prior to arriving,as the kitchen is fully stocked, and if you don’t use these services, there is a grocery store nearby. The condos have breathtaking views of the beach, the most beautiful views I’ve seen on Turks (I’ve stayed at the Gansevoort and Seven Stars) in the past and Beaches more recently). The condos are beautiful, immaculate and meticulous in their tasteful decor. The beaches are just gorgeous and private. My 2 and 4 year old enjoyed the beach toys provided. The service is phenomenal with Colleen and Ornella greeting us upon arrival and we were as warmly greeted as family. Terria, the manager goes out and of her way to make this stay as memorable as possible. We will definitely be returning and next time for longer!

Incredible Accommodations and Stay

As some others have stated, this is not a standard hotel. I knew this coming in and this is exactly what I was looking for. Extremely spacious, full kitchen and evey detail was thought of (unit 103). There are plenty of food and drink options just a few steps away, Rooms are refreshed daily and they even provide a cellphone for local calls if necessary. One of the last properties on Grace Bay so you almost feel like you have the area to yourself since the lot next to it is not developed. Definitely coming back.

Lovely Condo, NOT a hotel

The pros: Truly beautiful apartment! Stayed with my family in a 3 bedroom unit and it was gorgeous! Full kitchen, bathroom in every bedroom, lovely living room and the most beautiful, huge, screened-in porch. The property is at the furthest end of the beach, so very quiet and almost too quiet when we were there off season. The Staff was helpful, but even with a personal cell phone, at times you had to find them to enlist their help... Beach was beautiful with chairs, umbrellas and a shower located on the beach right before the walkway back to the your room. Also, golf course is a 10 minute walk from the property and it is a beautiful course!!
The cons: This is not a hotel, this is a condo/apartment complex. There are beautiful tennis courts, beaches a pool, beach front, but no restaurant, bar or anything like a convenience store/kiosk, so it requires traveling to eat or drink outside your room. Like a previous reviewer said, there is a beachfront restaurant/bar downs three resorts, but you need to walk to it. Taxis are expensive, (I think they charge per person), and you need them to move around... we burnt over $500 while only there for 4 nights.
So, I have nothing really bad to say about it other than I needed to do more research in advance of our trip. The one thing I would say is this is listed as a hotel and rated number 2 on tripadvisor, but spent an afternoon at Seven Stars and that was far and above a more attractive destination.

Very nice but

Ok, we are here now. The place is gorgeous and everyone is very friendly. The room is spacious, good workout facility and the water is amazing. However, I wanted to make sure everyone knows that this is really much more of a condo rental than a resort. My wife and I are used to more of a resort. Bar at the pool, someone to bring drinks on the beach, a restaurant to get coffee in the morning, a front desk open all the time to grab a taxi etc. I’m not complaining, the place is gorgeous, and the people here are very helpful, we just didn’t read the reviews carefully enough or we would have chosen differently. There is a restaurant two resorts down that is easy to walk to from the beach but not close enough to run back and forth for drinks on the beach all day (not that I drink that much!). We went to get drinks and lunch there yesterday and had to walk there last night to get a cab. They will tell you they come by to get you stuff on the beach but I have not seen that yet! Overall a wonderful, beautiful place but just not the resort amenities that I prefer. I learned a valuable lesson about filters searching for a place to stay
