Visited twice in 1 week
Reviewed 18 hours ago

We visited this hotel twice in one week.
First time early afternoon and the staff on the front desk were very helpful, pointing us in the right directions to find all the great sites.
The 2nd time we arrived at 11.00pm and the staff where very helpful sorting out our early morning transfers.
(4.30am)
The night staff had already placed a early wakeup call for us.
We certainly liked our time here.
We are from New Zealand.

Charming and great location

We stayed here last month for 4 nights and really enjoyed time spent here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They suggested excellent restaurants for dinner and made reservations. As most reviews have already pointed out - it is centrally located to all the main tourist attractions and everything is walking distance. Also, there is a tram station next to the hotel. Strongly recommend staying at this hotel if planning a visit to Istanbul.

Clean and central location, great service
Reviewed 4 days ago

This hotel is very centrally located and very close to some of the biggest landmarks (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace are all just 5 mins walks away). There is a plethora of restaurants and shops near by too to be entertained by too. The service is great but the WiFi here is VERY lacking, and that was one of the primary reasons we booked here. We complained and asked them to look into the issue for 3 days straight and we never could get a working WiFi signal there which made researching places to go and do a lot harder.

Comfortable hotel and Very friendly staff
Reviewed 5 days ago

The hotel has a great location as it is close to Topkapi Palace, Archaeological Museum and Hagia Sophia. Also 150 meters from the Gulhane Train Station. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with beautiful artwork. Their breakfast was tasty and the free Mezze they serve between 1 and 4 PM are just delicious. But the best part was their very friendly staff. From arranging airport transfers, how to get to the famous tourist locations to where to buy good Baklava and Nuts. To top it all, Agha at the front desk helped us with our biggest problem which was taking care of a speeding ticket. Given our lack of turkish and our foreign passport, it became very difficult for us to pay down our tickets at a bank (which is what the police issuing the ticket recommended) or post office. The online website for traffic violation being in Turkish was hard to navigate. Agha himself had a hard time but in the end he was able to figure out a way to pay the ticket thru that website. He had to use his own credit card as they wouldn't accept mine.

We stayed here in February. Good location, just 10 min walk from Hagia Sophia. The room were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. There is a spa we loved the Hammam. The breakfast was amazing, delicious. We recommend this hotel to everyone!
