The hotel is very conveniently located in the Sirkeci district, very close to both the Topkapi Palace and the Galata Bridge.
Rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated with a Turkish vibe.
Staff are very welcoming and caring without being too intrusive.
Breakfast buffet is pretty good.
They also have an airport shuttle service for a reasonable price, which may be handy if you happen to land in Istanbul late at night and don't want to bother with taxis.
All in all, I had a wonderful stay and I would go back in a minute if given the opportunity.

Wonderful Hotel in a great location.

This was my first visit to Istanbul and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel location was great . in the old cit walking distance to all of the cities top attractions. The hotel was clean and modern. Thee hotel staff was polite and eager to help. They were available 24/7. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good with ample selection. The concierge services were very helpful. The pool was not huge but big enough to swim around and the gym was very clean. I did not use the spa but I did see quite a few guests using the services. In summary this is a 4 star hotel fairly priced and I give it an extra star for its staff. I would definitely stay there again if I want to be in the heart of Istanbul.

We had the Sultans room and it was done up like a Harlem. The shower door is of a lady dancing in the harem and the room is in credible Received an email before we arrived at hotel asking us to select bed Configuration and choice of pillows. The man on front desk, Ahmed, was most helpful during our entire stay. The waitress Dilek, could not do enough for you and on day two she approached me and asked if I wanted eggs like yesterday and brought me my tea and my wife’s coffee without being prompted. Our room was spotless thanks to Ramazan. The hotel is situated in a very good spot and it is only a short walk to all the major attractions and you cannot get lost as the main tram line is at the bottom of the streets and nice restaurants (including the hotel restaurant Olive that has a seperate review) are close by. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Istanbul.
