However, you surely will want to venture into this fascinating city, and when you do, this five-star hotel’s prime location makes it easy to see the sights. Despite its history-rich nature and historic-district locale, the hotel is packed with modern luxuries. Rooms come with Jacuzzi tubs, Wi-Fi and international satellite channels, while double-glazing keeps the hum of the city at bay. The stylish Mosaic restaurant serves delicious Turkish and international dishes, with a choice of the elegant interiors or views from the terrace as your backdrop. And after a day’s exploring, you can enjoy a glass of Anatolian wine in the opulent Column Bar.
Superior rooms are elegantly furnished, featuring neutral walls and parquet flooring. Take some time out in your room, making the most of the Wi-Fi, international satellite channels and multi-video and music systems. The Jacuzzi bath and high-end toiletries in the bathroom up the luxe factor.
Mosaic Restaurant serves international options to suit just about everyone, as well as delicious Turkish specialties. For al-fresco dining, the terrace offers views over the Marmara Sea and mesmerizing minarets of the Blue Mosque.

How to Get There
This is my second time at the Eresin Hotel Sultanahmet - in five years.
I think this hotel is worth the time to give a great review.
Rooms are very good, very clean, staff are very well trained to very high standards, they go out of there way to help.
The Breakfast on the roof in the morning is very good, with great views of the local area.
Very close to some of the major attractions, with very good transport connections to the airport.
Lots of good local Turkish restaurants, coffee bars etc.
I highly recommend this Hotel.
I will always stay here when in Istanbul.
A big thank you to the Management & Staff
for making our trip so enjoyable.
We stayed here four nights in September and by the second evening felt like I knew everyone at the front desk and the terrace restaurant/bar (which by the way has a million dollar view of the Bosphorus as one sips one's morning coffee or has an evening drink) -- everyone was very professional and very friendly. The hotel is ideally situated if you are a first-time visitor (as we were) and want to see the tourist highlights of Istanbul (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Sultan's palace, etc) -- we walked everywhere and it was wonderful. The hotel is also in easy walking distance to a number of great restaurants, and the front desk recommendations were excellent. I thus would have given a five star review even if everything on our trip had gone without a hitch, but one reason I am over-the-top enthusiastic for the Eresin is on the third day my wife took a bad fall on one of the streets near the mosque and broke her wrist. We made it back to the hotel and the staff's attention, helpfulness and kindness in arranging care were so impressive. In short, I rank this hotel as one of my favorites worldwide and would happily sing its praises to anyone who is traveling to Istanbul.
This hotel is Is in the perfect location. If you want to walk along the water just go down the street to get across. The service is great and so is the breakfast. I would recommend to ask for a room NOT facing the street!
