How to Get There
It’s hard to decide how to rate this property as it is so unusual. We stayed in a true cave room, so it was long and narrow and very dark. The bathroom was small but super modern. Oddly, there was a spa tub in the living room section of our room. The hotel is set into a steep hillside, so be prepared to climb stairs. One huge plus is that the hotel enjoys a commanding view over the valley, and hence the dawn hot air balloons and sunrises over the distant volcano. Spectacular! Breakfast buffet plentiful. Food fair to good. The pool area is nice, but it was a bit too cool for me to swim when we visited in October.
Cappadocia Cave Resort is a very nice property. It is very centrally located near Goreme! The cave room is very comfortable, spacious, neat and clean. The staff is courteous and polite. The terrace cafe is excellent! The Spa at the property is excellent! The buffet breakfast is decent at the restaurant.
Awsome stay nd helpful staff(maleh) recommended for every1.ccr hotel view is fantastic and beautiful.weather play a important role in cappadocia.food is tasty and mouth watering. The view from all the rooms is iust breathtaking... lovely place
Memorable stay in the amazing hotel. Smooth check-in and staffs were friendly and helpful when we faced a problem with the hot water in the shower in the morning. Nice paranomic view of Cappadocia from our doorstep. We had the best snow view when we woke up in the morning (refer to photo attached). Breakfast is delicious and served with variety of bread and dishes. We would definitely come back again!!
Their wheelchair room was not available but the room we stayed in had plenty of space in the bedroom and bathroom. It was great. (If you need grab bars and a shower seat our room didn't have those but this worked for me.) The facility had ramps (steep ramps) in strategic locations and had a lift to get to the restaurant. They were gracious in moving chairs and such so we could have window seating overlooking the valley.
Aside from that I loved the location and every morning watched the balloons rise over Cappadocia. In fact, the view from the hotel cafe and the restaurant (and our room) was one of my favourite things here. We took advantage of the spa and the on-site restaurant. It was a splurge from our usual budget but well worth it for me. I would stay here again without hesitation!
