Best views in Cappadocia

Loved our stay here! The views of the fairy chimneys and the landscape were spectacular. Loved that our huge rooms opened out on to big terraces. The linen and beds were so comfortable!
The staff were friendly and looked after us so well - a thank you to Zen and all the boys in the coffee shop who served us breakfast. The local cheeses were delicious.
If in Cappadocia stay here!

Never seen a hotel like this

Good location , you can’t get better location , but reception staff behavior to be improved, not pleasing and asking charges for Gym usage and In Door pool usage , never seen any hotels in the world charges for room guests to use the facilities , on top of it we have taken 5 rooms all double occupancy, but for the second key card from receptionist taken a deposit of 5 euro for every second card . Do not know what kind of hospitality is this , receipt issued after demanding the same , this is fleecing . This is my first day of stay , I need to be here next two more days , don’t know they make my stay horrible experience. Tips : Tv , ac , bath rooms , Indian restaurant to be up graded , after my check out I will share my experience to help guests .

Horrible experience

Although we were kindly assisted with rescheduling our stay on short notice, CCR was a true disappointment for me and for my family... Rooms were old, food was bad and super expensive, service including room service was really bad...The price we were asked to pay was definitely not a match with what CCR had to offer.... We were told that kids were not allowed at the spa premises after 12 pm and we obeyed the so advised rules.. To our surprise after 2.30 pm spa had no guests but a hord of kids literally screaming and jumping up and down at the supposedly quite zone.... The key we were given did not work so we had to make two trips under the pissing rain to get the right key... The distance is a ten minute walk between the room ,whic was in the magma ,and the front desk... On a summer weekend , they only had one personal which we waited over an hour to clean up a broken glass in our bathroom... The quality of the rooms and service is a sho... you are way better of staying at the museum hotel or at the sacred house... do not buy in to this...
