Excellent hotel !!!!!!
Excellent rooms !!!!
Excellent staff !!!
Excellent spaaa !!!!
Excellent location !!!!!
Breathe taking view from your room and anywhere from the hotel property.
Only i had one issue with the hotel is about the breakfast is not at all ment for Indian vegetarian or Jain’s.
They don’t understand the difference between vegetarian food and vegetable. When ever asked for anything vegetarian they would show us salad for breakfast for dinner.
If the hotel wants more Indian to stay in there property they should come with some Indian menu as and in their option.
This is what i feel.

But the CCR IS THE BEST OPTION TO CHOOZE to stay in cappadocia
And who ever goes there should go for the ham-am spa its the best.

Worst 5 star service ever! Don’t go

Due to our early flight in the morning, we went the night before to make payment for our SPA service.
Before us, there’s a girl ,from our travel group, was making a payment. They said the credit card was “not working” the first time. So they went for second time, in the mean time, the girl got text messages showed she was being charged twice. She asked the front desk ladies to help her. They just keep insisting on they didn’t double charge.
Didn’t even try to help to solve the problem.
When we made our payment, first time they said It’s not working. We went on let them try second time, also not working. Then we switch to world card(which is no limits) also not working. This is a rare situation for me so
I asked them to check their credit card machine connection, they refused and told me it was working before. It’s our cards problem.
She just lied to me in my face, when I just witnessed the machine was not even working well with another customer right before us.
There were two girls at front desk.
The girl who doesn’t speak English then get another machine, then it worked! They have 3-4 machines just right behind them , they didn’t even brother to check just keep insisting it’s our problem.
One of the girl even told me manager will come in 30mins, which is also a lie. Manager never showed up.
I have never met any kind of hotel being so unprofessional and dishonest.
During the whole time, none of them were assisting us (even we are trying to pay them) just keep insisting it’s our fault and lie to us.
We can’t even file complaint to the manager.
Worst experience ever!

The experience @the Spa were great! You can go spontaneous, w/o any reservation or w/o being a hotel guest. The staff is very friendly, mostly of the masseurs are coming from Indonesia. Before starting with the massages, you can use the steam room and the sauna. They also have a pool inside. The only one concern is the price...a little bit too high for my taste...
