Great room for wheelchair
Reviewed 21 hours ago

Their wheelchair room was not available but the room we stayed in had plenty of space in the bedroom and bathroom. It was great. (If you need grab bars and a shower seat our room didn't have those but this worked for me.) The facility had ramps (steep ramps) in strategic locations and had a lift to get to the restaurant. They were gracious in moving chairs and such so we could have window seating overlooking the valley.
Aside from that I loved the location and every morning watched the balloons rise over Cappadocia. In fact, the view from the hotel cafe and the restaurant (and our room) was one of my favourite things here. We took advantage of the spa and the on-site restaurant. It was a splurge from our usual budget but well worth it for me. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Not worth the money!!

We have just left the CCR resort after a 2 night stay. We were looking forward to some relaxation and chose this hotel specifically due to the indoor pool and spa. On the first day we went to use these facilities which were kept far from pristine. After using the pool with our 4 year old we wanted to warm her up and wash her in the hamam. We were told that both the hamams were being used by guests paying for massages. I live in Turkey and this is the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel where guests cannot drop into use the hamam. We also wanted to organise a wine tasting in the hotel winery and when I asked the female concierge I was told they were too busy this weekend to open it!!! This then changed to we only open it every few months and we would have to have it cleaned etc and we are too busy!!

The room itself was beautiful with a lovely balcony and amazing view of the balloons in the morning. The bathroom area was a little disappointing. Breakfast was another major disappointment. Poor selection and huge queue for an omelette. Also plastic bottles of water and juice out for guests to fetch their own drinks in a 5 star hotel!

Next time we visit cappadocia we will be hoping to be booked into Argos hotel which is a real 5 star hotel with plenty of charisma. If travelling without children the Museum hotel.

A memorable stay! Amazing hotel!

Me and my friend had a very nice stay in CCR few days ago. The hotel gives you the best view of the entire valley. Do try to get up early for a breathtaking view of the balloons in the air, you will love it! Uchisa Castle is within walking distance; and if you walk around Goreme town, it takes about 10mins drive there. Big thanks to the hotel front desk Manager Reza Sahebjamei (+905070497462). He will get you everything you need. Our flight arriving ASR airport is very late; therefore we reserved a transfer service with Reza’s help. He also helped us book the Green Line tour within few hours - In fact if you are lucky with the weather, hot balloon is a must-do! Pity that we only spent two nights there. We will definitely come back again and will choose CCR again without any doubt!

Great top view, service and location
Reviewed 2 months ago

The hotel is located at one of the highest peak in Cappadocia. Great full City view right outside the lobby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. One of my family members complained about not having a room with any good view and her room was changed to a room with better view once it is available. If you wake up early, there is view of hot air balloons from breakfast area. Only downside is same foods every day and plates are quite dirty.

Nicely located hotel

The main advantage of this hotel is its highest location in the area and you can get view of whole valley from here.It has a nice pool and watch down from poolside is a treat. Rooms are average, bathroom amenities are not very good. The room service is below average as their response is very late. The staff cannot understand English well except some senior staff. The breakfast lacks good bakery. The cook deputed on cooking of eggs was too slow to cater all the guests.
