One of the worst experiences I ve ever had, I will rate— 1 out of 10, there is lack of hospitality , service for what I have paid , and the breakfast was horrible , and people tell it is the best resort in the country .

Not what we expected

We love traveling and experiencing the SLH (Small Luxury Hotel) chains. We have honestly never had a negative experience until this hotel. It was run down (the TV bracket was on the wall but TV was on the dresser; breakfast area was awful with no service, all the tablecloths were dirty, had to pour own water and get own silverware; Hammam spa had noone working, had to fetch our own towels; we told them it was my husband's birthday and they said they would bring a treat to the room and never did; the room was run down--view was nice but for 400 euro a night, the suite was not worth it). Would not recommend this hotel.......Definitely did not meet the SLH standards!

Very good location and good view. The property needs lot of maintenance. Lot of things were broken in the room. Mr Ibrahim the manager really tried to get everything fixed. The spa girl was very polite and friendly.
