Segway should be an option

The hotel is very conveniently situated. The staff and the facilities are first class, attention to detail is second to none.
The hallways are something to experience, either take a snack, or ask for a segway

Attention to detail

Arrived very early after a long overnight flight to find the early checking requested by my travel agent was waiting for me, bliss! Typical Japanese attention to detail and service with hotel staff ready to help and unobtrusive at the same time.
Location perfect with Tokyo station next door and Daimaru just round the corner.

A very fine hotel

The hotel was excellent in every respect. The staff without exception were outstanding. They could not enough for us. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Breakfast very good.

Convenient and Classy...

Catching the NEX train from Narita to Tokyo Station was so easy. Then being greeted by the bellhop on the platform in front of our rail carriage to guide us through the busy station right to the hotel’s check in desk. If you like ‘easy’... this is it !
We booked a Palace Side Queen room. It’s advertised at 26 square meters , but around a third of it is bathroom. Leaving the actual room quite small. You need to be creative with fitting 2 suitcases in.
But as everyone else says : this hotel is fabulous.
Great central position.
Great staff (particularly Marie Antoinette)
Quite rooms

We’d certainly stay here again!

Try it even just once if you can - it is worth it completely

Where to begin? From the moment you arrive you are treated so well, from being escorted to your room by the bell hop (please remember no tipping in Japan) who helps you navigate the hotel and also points out the various features of your room.

The room has an old world charm with a really big bathroom with separate shower and bath and separate toilet (which was so good I really would love to get a full featured one at home).

The location is at what I reckon has to be one of the busiest train stations in the world and yet you hear nothing, it is so well insulated and there is a general sense of quiet and elegance about the place.

You are within a short walking distance of the Imperial Palace and its many gardens. Being at the Station you can go to all points within Japan from this station by Shinkansen and most hub lines go through it so its ideal to get around Tokyo as well.

We didn’t eat here as it was the pricey side (and there are lots of cheaper options just as good nearby).

The one bonus we both enjoyed is that there is an in-house onsen style baths which were clean and marvellous with varying temperature pools (hot and cold) and dry sauna (which was the hottest I had ever been in) with a wide variety of complimentary toiletries so you can turn up with nothing and its a complete service.

Location to the main train station of Tokyo (if not Japan), a true sense of elegance, the fantastic room and service. Great hot bath area.

Look this is a truly luxury hotel and certainly will not be for everyone at the price point as its not cheap, but truly worth at least a stay if you want to stay somewhere truly special.

Highly recommend if you can do it
