Excellent business hotel
Traveljunkie1510

This hotel is so perfectly located, right at the Tokyo station. Getting here from haneda took 20 mins.

All the major corporates are in the same area /place, so you can walk to most of the meetings and then it was easy to take a train back to the airport, Narita or haneda.

The rooms are nice and luxurious and quite comfortable. Service was good

Don't understand why we need to pay extra for using the gym but it was a small thing

Best Hotel in Tokyo?

I've now stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel 3 times along with a number of other top notch hotels in Tokyo. In my experience, this hotel is the best.Service, as expected with any upscale Japanese hotel is excellent. The location couldn't be better. The hotel is near the Ginza and the Imperial Palace but is also connected to the Tokyo Station which makes travel anywhere else incredibly convenient. The look of the hotel borrows from European architecture and there is basically a full block of open park-like space in front of the hotel, beyond which is a plethora of department stores and restaurants. The hotel itself features a wonderful breakfast in their atrium and rooms are ultra clean sharing modern features with a traditional feel. Totally recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Luxury Hotel

This hotel is a really great location if you plan to catch the train or subway to travel to sites and other places. It is truly a beautiful property. My room was a nice size with comfortable beds. It was very clean and had nice amenities as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and available for anything you needed.
