Top hotel for holiday and work
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Work trips can be hectic, so staying near the office helps.

This was one of those trips. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. I felt relax and look forward going back to rest each evening. It was somewhat spacious also compared to other Japan hotels i have resided in

the location is also very good with transportation easily accessible

it's also near the residence of the Prime Minister so security is very safe!

Staff was friendly and courteous. Hope to come back again

Lovely rooms but something missing

I stayed here with family for one week and had booked the corner king suite which was a good decision as, even though the room was expensive, the floor to ceiling walls with excellent Tokyo views, were worth it.
The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was also expansive with a bath positioned to take advantage of the view.
The pool and spa are good - nothing fancy but nice and clean.
The bar was disappointing as it had little to no view and the cigarette smoke was very strong.
Room gets five stars for cleanliness but staff overall were not as welcoming or friendly as most Japanese.
I think this probably contributed to the general lack of atmosphere plus the lobby is a bit confusing with no welcoming feel or space to meet visitors.
What was great though was the basement direct access to at least three subway lines.

Comfortable and well located

Greeting was as expected - warm, caring, eager to look after suitcases etc. Enjoyed our stay as it was in a part of Tokyo that we rarely frequent - we tend to concentrate on Shibuya / Harajuku. We tended to use the Origami Lounge as most meals were with friends in other locations. Can't help but notice though that some items, such as coffee, were quite expensive. Breakfast was tasty and the setting excellent!

Classy and convenient

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first leg of our trip to Japan last month. Firstly, the location is a dream as it's connected to the metro station (which has several lines) so we were very lucky in this regard. The service was seamless and the staff are so warm and welcoming. Our (very large) room had superb views (could see the Imperial Palace gardens from a distance) and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom/shower was amazing stocked with wonderful branded toiletteries. The only minor negative I would say is that the breakfast is quite expensive for what it is but otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for some non-pretentious modern luxury.

Very comfy!

Stayed here for a couple nights while on business. Immediately greeted at the door and taken to the check-in counter. Very friendly and effective experience. Went up to my extremely clear, well appointed and quiet room. The room layout for my King Executive Suite was perfectly latex out. The bed was soooo comfy and changed daily. The room has a wonderful walk-in shower and espérante bath with great toiletries. Lots of towels, house coat, pyjamas and slippers. The room comes with two daily bottles of water and Nespresso coffee. There is an ironing board and iron. The city views are wonderful. The hotel is centrally located close to the Diet. I highly recommend this hotel.
