A cut above the rest!

Amazing stay, the pool, gym, the rooms and service were immaculate. But over and above the BIG things, it was the little touches that made it magic. Definitely an amazing experience - cant wait to go back!

Enjoyed our stay

The room was very nice and I have no real complaints. The buffet breakfast was impressive and the location was very convenient near a subway. I would recommend staying here though I can’t recall what the room looked like, just that it was nice.

I've stayed in three different Park Hyatts because I love the brand. The Tokyo Park Hyatt took things to a new level. I know there are other great hotels in Tokyo but I doubt that I will ever be able to drag myself away from this one!

Luxury in a great location

Staff were so helpful, friendly and polite. Hotel amenities and room were impeccable. Stunning view (could see Mt Fuji on a clear day). Close to subway by foot (or shuttle bus to central Shinjuku) and plenty of attractions, restaurants and beautiful gardens nearby. Special treats for young guests. Fitness centre and decent sized pool were a bonus. Not cheap, but worth every bit. Absolutely delightful.

This is the hotel we all dream of.

I constantly stay in wonderful hotels but I judge them all against the perfection that is the Park Hyatt Toyko. It is so lovely that it can feel surreal to stay here. At night, you can eat steak and drink overlooking the ENTIRE skyline of Toyko and then return to the luxury of your room and the impeccably clean soaking tub. The sauna is also otherworldly. What makes this place special is the concern shown to its visitors. They truly care and anticipate your every need with grace. I'm looking forward to returning soon because this is the best hotel in Toyko, if not the world.
