No doubt this was the best hotel we stayed during our Europe tour.
Location is excellent in lovely Innsbruck. Service is awesome. Staff are friendly and nice. Our room was big and luxurious with very modern facilities.
Both breakfast and dinner was lovely with many options.
A great place to stay in Innsbruck.

We stayed here as part of a gate1 trip to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The hotel's location is perfect. 5 minute walk and your in the center of town. Rooms were very clean. Modern hotel. Didn't stay too much in the hotel as theres so much to do in that area but it was perfect for what we wanted: convenient, clean and great location!

Great Hotel right near the city center

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was great. It was very large and had a nice little lounge area by the window. It was a 5 minute walk to the heart of the city center which was fantastic. The only reason I rated less than 5 was due to the rude staff in the restaurant. We had a group dinner there and also breakfast. They were not at all friendly and were bascially throwing the dishes on the table. We asked for more water and never received it. The breakfast experience was similar. They did not replenish items and many things were just left empty

The super Rooftop Jacuzzi

The most unique experience anyone could have sitting in sizzling water in Hot water spa on roof top w/ the historical church facing us and the Mountain range of snow trickled glory. Bar was great. Got lucky w/ the city center and the all the exhibits of the Running gear and most of all the Cafe that was just magnificent and the Cake/Pastry were out of this world.
