All clean lines, stark-white walls complemented by the lush greenery of swaying palm trees and hanging vines, your snapshots here are sure to inspire travel-envy.
But picture-worthy moments aside, the hotel, part of the fun-loving Dream Hotel Group, boasts a laid-back vibe that’s a world of difference from the bustling hotels of Patong. Rooms are light and spacious with a modern, trendy design. Some come with a sundeck that offers direct access to the pool. There’s an additional infinity pool on the rooftop that’s beautiful at sunset.
A little ways away from Patong, the hotel keeps you linked to the beach town with complimentary shuttles as well as shuttles to their very own Dream Beach Club on the golden sands of Layan beach, one of the few beach clubs with direct access to the sea. The swanky beach club has a New York vibe, and throws occassional dance parties with the help of world-class DJs from around the world.
How to Get There
We had a lovely stay here whilst in Phuket. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Both pools are beautiful, relaxed and you could easily could chill there all day. The breakfast was great with a good selection and the hotel staff were super. Thank you for our stay
Hi,i have had several vitis to The Sanctuary Spa and it's been a great experience.The therapist's name 's Kwan.Her touches on the human body,gives healing.She 's The Therapist!!.Thank you,Kwan.
We purchased this trip through a discount website and stayed for 5 nights. The resort is beautifully maintained and the facilities were always clean and tidy. The room has all the essentials (air-conditioner!!) and our balcony was overlooking the pool, a great way to gauge the day before actually having to go outside.
Breakfast was included with the room thankfully as the hotel pricing seemed more like the prices we would have expected at home. Bar and food (lunch / dinner) was just too expensive to try much outside of some of the starters to nibble on while soaking up the sun in a day bed.
The staff were very attentive and always so polite, such a friendly group and such a pleasure to be around.
One of the downsides is the distance from anything else. A round trip to Patong for shopping for instance cost us an extra 1400THB return. Locally there isn't much to do outside of the hotel so these trips become a necessity. They do offer transfers but again these are quite pricey.
Our stay included 2 Thai massages which were a welcome round of relaxation to add to the trip.
I enjoyed the stay but would probably not stay again, purely for being so far away from anything else.
Purchased a Groupon for 5 nights here. While the resort is lovely and the staff are friendly, drinks and food from bars or restarunts inside the resort are severly over priced, eg can of coke 90THB in resort / 15THB at 7Eleven across the road. The food is the same story, can get better quality food in perth for cheaper.
The resort is quite far out from alot of things too - so getting anywhere will cost you $$. Costs about 700THB to get one way into Patong. Or 1,400THB if you use the resort car service. Similar story with the transfer for day tours, the resort isnt in the area for the free pick uo to day tours. So youre looking at an extra 1200THB ontop of the cost of the tour.. unless you purchse the tour from the resort - but in the end it works out cheaper to pay for the tour externally then pay the extra for the transfer to come out this way. Late checkout is pricey, usual checkour is 12pm, on booking we requested checkout at 5pm due to a 7pm flight. We were told to let them know the day before, only to be told the day before that the room is booked for when we leave and we would have to purchase a seperate room for an extra 4,000THB for the 5 hours.
Moral of the story here. Stay in patong or patong beach.. lots of reasonably priced restaurants, night markets & close to everything with an abundance of cheap taxis.
We came here when the hotel opened first 3-4 years ago and we keep coming back since then and having a brilliant time always.
When we arrive and we see all familier faces and they recognise you, it is like coming back home to my thai family. This time we got upgraded to a lovely two bedroom private pool suite.
The Hotel is very clean and modren with great amenities.
The staff are welcoming and helpful with no request too big or too small, my very special thanks go to the Front Office Manager Thanatda M, Alex and Jessa, the concierge team and the rest of the Dream Team. You are all amazing.
Ahhh Great spa, clean and professional. The best treatments we get when in Thailand, always!!!
Roof top bar and pool with a great view and nice relaxing music!
Beautiful Pool area, with lush Green surroundings and cool tunes in the background. They also have a Happy hour, so you can enjoy 2 for 1on the cocktails.
The Breakfast is amazing. Good variety to choose from - fresh fruits, yogurts, pastries, omelettes.
They have a private beach 5min away with free shuttles all day and evening with a night club and a more relaxed party atmosphere. Again, great background music.
Patong is 40min away and Boat Avenue is 10min away. there are daily shuttles from the hotel at a fee. Something to consider if you’re wanting to spend more time there.
I can literaly go on and on and on about how amazing this place is, but you will have to visit and discover it for yourself.
Can not wait to be back!!!
