Unbelievable Experience

Andara is the best place to stay in Phuket hands down. They were extremely accommodating. The manager Daniel was so nice and greeted us every morning. Best and Toy were also great and accommodated us in many ways. We had a beautiful room and they really made our honeymoon memorable. We look forward to coming back to Andara very soon. The breakfast was also amazing as well as their restaurants Silk. VERY WELL maintained property!!

Wow - a perfect stay to mark a special birthday!

From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive, super friendly and couldn’t have done any more to make our stay better. This trip was to mark our friend’s special birthday. We were group of 4 ladies. Our suite was palatial and beyond our expectations in terms of size, facilities and the wonderful ocean view. To top it all upstairs we had a large rooftop jacuzzi and terrace with ocean views. The General Manager Daniel was very welcoming and attentive at our evening meal and at breakfast. The happy hour cocktails were expertly mixed by Khun Pong and Khun Nok. Khun Best, the concierge had a good sense of humour and was professional, giving us all the information we needed about our suite and the facilities. The Friday poolside BBQ buffet had an excellent selection of quality dishes. Breakfast had a quality assortment of offerings including the best gluten free bread for my extremely picky Celiac friend. The Spa treatments we experienced were wonderfully relaxing, the therapists Khun Kay and Khun Ploy advised us well about the choices of massages. The main pool was pleasurable to sit around and we met other very satisfied guests.
Overall a fun and highly enjoyable stay for a group of friends splashing out for a special occasion. We will be back!

We are keen to stay but...

We are very keen to stay, as the resort and location and reviews are positive...but the experience trying to book via email directly has been very difficult. We are trying to book for a large family booking with value over $33,000 Australian dollars but have found it hard to organise a group booking and transfers directly with the reservations team. Perhaps a manager or someone can help us make this a great holiday??!!

Classy hotel

Great hotel, great suites, great pool area, great food, lovely staff and service. This hotel is high class and ticks in all the boxes, the only negative was the price for coctails, really high, about 4x the price than a local bar. We had a great stay at this lovely establishment.
