The newly opened Marriott Marquis is all cool lines and elegant furnishings. Just like all great cosmopolitan hotels, it also offers a stunning view of the area around it. Right next to Queen’s park, rooms here offer a soothing view of the pocket of greenery within the buzzing city.
Impressive from the moment you walk through the vast lobby, you’ll find your stay memorable and enjoyable. Touches of traditional Thai design adds a unique flavour to the glitzy space, glimmering alongside towering gold columns and elegant, reflective wall panels. The rooms and facilities are equally lovely – spacious, state-of-the-art spaces designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll love the hotel’s spa, swimming pool and fitness centre, as well as the stellar array of dining options.
But one can’t stay in Bangkok without exploring the streets! Thankfully the hotel’s central location puts your right in the midst of the action. You’ll have the city at your fingertips with the best shopping centres, such as the EM District, and Phrom Phong BTS station a 10-minute walk away.
How to Get There
The Staff in the M club lounge are exceptional in their presentation and attentiveness. The land of smile is true to its word in this lounge
A special thank you to AE and MEW for their exuberant nature
Also special mention to ARM at the front desk
Stayed for 5 nights recently on an incredible Luxury Escapes package and was amazed by the value, the service, the staff, the food, everything! This is a large hotel, with lots of people but things just run like clock work.
As someone who travels 200 days a year for business I couldn’t believe how good the breakfast at Goji Kitchen was. Over 11,000 restaurants in Bangkok on TripAdvisor and this ranks number 1 and it’s easy to see why! You don’t need lunch after spending an hour in there!
Very comfortable rooms, we upgraded to a suite and the extra space was fantastic. The lounge upstairs offers great views of Bangkok, the outdoor terrace area is a great bonus whist you enjoy the 3 hours of free flow. The food offering in the lounge is also some of the best I’ve seen, forget canapés, this was full on meals and great selection too and the staff are just wonderful.
Great deal, great hotel, great location! Literally the perfect Bangkok stay.
We are now on vacation ✈️

stayed for just one night in march 2019 to celebrate a special occasion and we were totally thrilled with our stay. the marriott marquis bangkok is an excellent hotel in a great location in phrom phong on benjasiri park, and might just be the best marriott option in sukhumvit...
titanium status and a suite night award resulted in an incredible upgrade to a 1,300 sqft grand m suite that was just amazing. we chose a couple beers and nibbles as our welcome amenity instead of the points. the m lounge is very good but can get rather busy during lunch and cocktails, and i hate to admit that the options for "light lunch" were pretty limited and mediocre. other than that, even as a picky and annoying elite guest, there's just nothing bad to say -- it's a fantastic hotel!
lastly, the hotel were very kind to offer a yummy little birthday cake as an added bonus to celebrate a birthday in our group. such a nice touch and we are genuine thankful.
this is a *great* hotel. you should stay here. rest assured we'll be back!
This has been a most relaxing 4 days of R&R. We stayed on the 23/F with access to the Club Lounge (Luxury Escapes package). We made use of the complimentary welcome drinks at the rooftop bar on our last evening - fascinating atmosphere, view, service and cocktail! We are also most satisfied with the service, food and wine at the M Club Lounge. Pretty much made use of the all-day non-alcoholic drinks/ coffee there too.
We find walking to the BTS station quite convenient. We have done that everyday we're here. But the path closes at 9pm. We tried the shuttle bus service to the station once - it took quite a while due to the traffic.
The station is only one station away from Asok (Terminal 21) and Thonglo.
The gym is very well-equipped and opened 24 hours. The swimming pool is about 20 metres long, hence there is much room for improvement.
I quite enjoyed the Goji berry milkshake and the fresh vegetable salad at breakfast.
