The Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park garners praise for its array of amenities, particularly the comprehensive breakfast and fitness center, along with the top-notch lounge services. Nestled in a bustling location near shopping and parks, it's a favorite for its convenience, although traffic can be a downside. Guests frequently commend the hospitable staff for their friendly and professional demeanor. Rooms are celebrated for their comfort and modern touches, yet some guests mention maintenance could improve. While the atmosphere is generally found to be modern and chic, the presence of noise occasionally detracts from the experience. Opinions on value vary, with some guests finding the room rates reasonable, but others point to high food prices and underwhelming membership benefits. The hotel's cleanliness stands out, with many visitors applauding the diligent housekeeping.

Bangkok Marriott Marquis has been my home for over 5 years and I love this property. A nearly 1400 rooms hotel, it’s like a city within a city. The location of this hotel is outstanding! However, the rooms have started looking dated and there were some maintenance and cleanliness issues due to which I had to change my room after my first night in discomfort. Also, the check-in was scratchy and not as I would expect the Hotel to be prepared, especially for a regular returning guest with elite membership tier. My gratitude and compliments to the GM-Simon Bell for immediate and prompt responses to my communication and very proactive corrective measures to address my concerns. The F&B at this hotel is a delight and of very high standards. The team overall is very polite and helpful. The Club Lounge is a delightful place to hang around with great service and F&B offerings. The star of the lounge is its Manager-‘Chanel’, who displayed outstanding guest service capabilities and shows potential as a competent hotelier that can be very well groomed for bigger responsibilities.

The hotel was in a good location next to 3 department stores, a public park and a bus station. Cozy and clean room, as always. Exceptional service by K'Ann at the front desk when checking in. It's always been a pleasure every time we visit❤️ Recommended.

A fantastic hotel with great service from the staff, excellent facilities and a very impressive buffet breakfast. The evening drinks and canapes at the M Club lounge were terrific. No need to go out and eat dinner..! All the staff are wonderful and very happy to do whatever they can to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Thank you to Naomi at the M Club lounge who was just a delight...

This Marriott Marquis is a very nice hotel with great bedrooms and public areas. I stayed for several nights on business and overall I had a good experience. This hotel gets very busy and so you need to plan your times for breakfast, check-in, check-out etc. If not you are in for a wait which can be irritating. Check-in for me was very slow as only one employee was on the desk for non-Bonvoy guests. The roof-top bar is good (but busy), so are the various on-site speciality restaurants. Location is also great for shopping and access to the metro system. In room amenities (complementary drinks/snacks etc) are less than I've experienced in other Bankgkok hotels of the same calibre. I would stay at this hotel again. I'm hoping for an improved level of customer service on my next visit.

If you leave your wallet in a cab, would you expect it back? If you have MIMP as the hotel duty manager, it's possible! So I happened to leave my wallet in the Grab taxi. MIMP and her teammates went out of the way to speak to Grab, trace the driver and help me get my wallet in a few hours. They did not have to do that since it was my fault, but still they did it! Amazing work by MIMP and her colleagues. Thank you so much for your help 🙏

Nowadays there are many Marriott chain hotels overflowing with Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite guests, so it is more difficult to get suite upgrades especially in Bangkok during days of high occupancy. It had been a while since our last stay at Marriott Marquis Queen's Park and this time I was pleasantly surprised when we were notified many days ahead of time by e-mail that they would upgrade us to a suite. This is in contrast with many other hotels, so big kudos to them! The suite is as nice and comfortable as before, I did not notice any signs of unusual wear & tear. My only mild negative would be that the suite only has one bathroom rather than 1.5 which some other hotels have in their suites. Happy hour in the lounge is a strong point of this hotel with cocktails and a live chef station and better food than other hotels in this price range, judged by Bangkok standards. Breakfast in the lounge at some hotels is very limited but not here, I found it to be plentiful and it avoided the very busy restaurant downstairs which has a large selection but was too crowded to our taste so we preferred the peace of the lounge. All in all for the price paid this hotel is satisfactory and even more so for repeat guests, so we will return.

I had another amazing stay here. This property was perfect again for our conference. The gym, the lounge, the breakfast, the rooms…everything was great. What sets this place apart is the customer service-I had a small team dinner in the lobby Thai restaurant and Faii was there to make sure everything was handled well and the team enjoyed the meal. She’s an excellent example of the type of customer service this hotel should feel proud about! Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I had a 10 night stay in Bangkok in January. We researched all the Marriott hotels in this city and were impressed by the reviews for the Marriott Marquis, especially the M Club. It certainly lived up to our expectation! Check-in was flawless and although we arrived about 7.30am, our room was ready. We had mentioned that it was our Golden Wedding celebration and there was a delicious chocolate cake awaiting us in our room. A lovely touch! As Titanium Elite members we were upgraded on day 3 to a large, luxurious suite. The hotel was huge and very busy but all the staff were very helpful and extremely polite. The lobby was stylish and very large and even had a resident singer and a pianist. As we always get access to M Club executive lounges, we were certainly not disappointed with this one! It was one of the largest we’ve been in. It was well decorated, very comfortable, with great views of the city. We were made to feel so welcome by all the staff, who couldn’t do enough for us. The food was excellent, freshly cooked by lounge chefs and always beautifully presented. There was a range of Thai, Chinese, Indian and Western dishes to suit all tastes. The service was second to none and I just wish that I could mention all the servers and the lounge desk staff by name, but there were so many of them! Minnie, Nam, Pat, Dew and Co-Ke in particular looked after us well and Donut, who was on the lounge desk, dealt with our suite exchange. On our last visit to the lounge we had the pleasure of meeting Sonya the deputy lounge manager. She came to introduce herself and what a joy it was to chat with her. Her English was very good and she was enthusiastic to chat about Thailand and all the places that we, and she, have visited all over the world. She was particularly interested to hear about all the other Marriott hotels (with lounges) that we’ve stayed in. Thank you Marriott Marquis for a delightful stay. We look forward to returning one day. Best wishes Dr Steve and Mrs Sue Lloyd Wales, UK
