How to Get There
Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff, good location for shopping, pool was clean and massive, quiet clean rooms , perfect location for shopping or finding great restaurants
Located on a quiet street away from the loud traffic which is normal for Bangkok
We have been booked to this service suites by our agent and it was an amazing experience with awesome hospitality. Staff was courteous and Cafe was good. Nicely decorated and maintained. In the heart of Bangkok.
Very nice apartment despite the fact Aircon was way too noisy. Personnel very kind and gentle. Breakfast can be improved. Indded a good way to say bye to thailand. Furniture at the lobby can be also improved to give a better welcoming feeling. Overall a very nice experience.
I stayed here from 19th March for 12 nights after reading all the rave reviews on here and although I do agree with a lot of reviewers I think a lot of the little things that count have been left out.
Yes the service here is very polite and friendly. The hotel is tucked away from the main streer so it has a feeling of peacefulness and safety from the hustle and bustle but my main issues were:
The pillows that look inviting until you lay on it and it goes flat.
Nice kitchen and living area yet one plate and one set of cutlery...really?
The little bowl with the one little fish.. looks nice but is it really neccessary? If our room didn't get cleaned the fish didn't get fed.
Room service was very limited, stopped at 10pm and food was from the coffee club downstairs.
I've never stayed at a hotel where they serve yout coffee and drinks in takeaway cups. It looked nothing like the pics on the menu and it just didn't feel homely.
Lastly we checked out on the 30th my main concern was comfort. I wasn't going to check out at 12pm and have nowhere to go. The lady said to me in a stern tone that my accommodation was prepaid and I wasn't getting a refund which my response was "yeh I know I didn't ask for one" awkward much?
The service staff really makes effort to make kids feel welcomed everyday. Rooms are comfortable n clean. The pool was really fun for kids with floats prepared. Spa was great too! Really wanted to stay longer 😊
