How to Get There
Room service walked into my room whilst I was dressing, very embarrasing. Also breakfast buffet did not meet my expectations, no lactose or dairy free yogurts. This was my first time in a Hilton brand hotel and my last.
Bathrooms are small, but the rooms are clean. The hotel is ajacent to the convention center. Weather permitting you can walk to the Silos, other shopping (Spice Village is across the street), and other points of interest.
Enjoyed the location with a wonderful view of Baylor University and the Magnolia Market Silos. Right across the street in two directions are the famous Waco Bridge, Waco Tours, a free pair of trolley routes, and an easy walk to the Dr Pepper Museum and the Silos. Granted it’s not a “new” hotel, but the value was excellent, just as the Staff Reception Desk, the breakfast Staff, the Housekeeping Staff, and our favorite, Ruby, who ensures Guests in the Executive Lounge are comfortable and well taken care of. Of all the excellent aspects of the Hilton Waco, my wife and I appreciated Ruby the most. If I visited Waco in the future, my first task would be to secure a room at the Hilton!
Thank you for making our getaway vacation so enjoyable, and thank you for Ruby.
