Good stay

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small, the windows onto San Antonio wonderfully large and enjoyable. The TV was the largest we have had in a hotel room. The breakfasts were outstanding.

Could be a little more buttoned up.

Yup. I am here on business for 4 nights. For me it's the little things that matter. So it would be nice to have fresh, clean towels, bottles of water, body lotion, bottled water...and q-tips. And coffee for the in room coffee maker. For what I am paying a night for this room, I would like to not have to track down some of the staff to get things. You expect more when you stay at a Hyatt.

On the plus side, the rooms are quiet...and the staff at the lobby bar are very buttoned up. They greet you by first name on your return visit and remember the drink you ordered from the night before.

San Antonio hospitality at its best

This hotel has catering to the convention set down-pat. From the valet to the front desk to the bell staff to the on-site restaurant, the people hosting you know how to make you feel welcome and comfortable in a friendly, efficient manner.

Highlight of my stay: checking in via the app at 7 a.m., and walking into my assigned room when I arrived at 9:15 a.m.

Great location and overall

One night visit to the Riverwalk.
Great location with access direct to the riverwalk. Pity the main elevators didn’t go to the river, had to switch, unsure why.
Great staff and check in.
Room was very comfortable, good view of the inside area and overlooking the bar. Good bed, shower etc, no issues.
Good strong wifi.
Valet parking pricy at $43 but efficient

Loved the view

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and quiet. We had an excellent view of the Alamo and the Tower of the Americas. My only complaint was that even though the temperature was up in the high 90’s, the pool was too cold to enjoy. Loved the view from the pool deck.
