How to Get There
This hotel exceeded my expectations! It’s absolutely beautiful and the views of the lake are great. Hotel staff was very helpful. It started pouring rain when we were leaving for the wedding and the valet went to get our car, even though we had self parked.
I often travel to Rockwall to visit Lake Ray Hubbard. The scene reminds me of my hometown. I received a email inviting me to try out the Hilton on the lake from a third party hotel site. I had noticed the Hilton many times in my search for hotels along the lake. I thought the discount was sufficient to just try the facility out. I also joined the Hilton Honors in hopes of booking direct to establish a long time relationship. However, at check in I was quickly given the cold shoulder by the front in supervisor that told me that my Hilton Honors affiliation would not benefit my stay. I was assigned a king standard that was very tiny and cramped. The knobs on my bathroom faucet were very difficult to maneuver. The next evening Aston inquired of my stay via text and I shared the concern the next morning via Stacy who said someone would come take a look. Maintenance was able to loosen the hot water knob however, the cold water was still stiff and now barely came on. At checkout later that day, I was asked how my stay was-I shared my disappointment and she said sorry reviewed and charged my food bill and that was it.
Booked an lake view room. I am not sure if we were just so extremely exhausted or if the bed was just that comfy, but we slept all day!! The view was great but wish they had balconies. This hotel is literally walking distance from some much!! I really liked this hote, my only recommendation is .. this is a more upscale hotel, dress a little classier. Came in wearing shorts and a tank top and felt completely out of place.
Gorgeous views! Amazing customer service! Very quiet. Loved the King Suite. We can't wait to come back. This was the best getaway we've had in a long time. We will definitely be coming back! The staff here is the absolute best!
I want to thank Hadden Shaw and Tracy Filo for making my family and I feel so welcome and this hotel has all we could've asked for. 7 members of my family including my bridal party all stayed at this hotel and everyone loved it. Thank you for making my wedding night wonderful
