Normally a great location. No where on site do they say the restaurant/bar is being remodeled and currently moved to a small area in the lobby . No where near the nice atmosphere of the previous location. Photos of the remodel also looks far to modern and not as warm as before. Breakfast is normally great, but this morning everyone was just standing around and not taking care of the customers. We got our own coffee refills and juice and staff just starred . Then finally had a $50.00 room charge that I caught that should have not been charged. Staff lacking overall on this visit

Dated, dark and dreary

Not your typical Westin.

The decor is dark and dated.

The rooms are similarly dated with a small, cramped bathroom.

Outlets are sparse.

There is a small safe and a refrigerator.

The only attractions within walking distance are a 24-hour Dennys and a Valero mini-mart.

The free WiFi is slow.

The room was clean.

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

Check in was quick.

Although it's close to the airport (10-15 minute drive), and room rates were reasonable, I wouldn't stay here again.

Loud sound and poor manners

Staying in the hotel right now with some loud work going on. The staff is completely unapologetic and have no concern with the disturbance caused to the guests. Called the front desk and that not only turned to be completely unhelpful as well as complete unapologetic behavior.

Not bad at all

I’ve waited for the shuttle for pretty long time but other than that, service was on point, room was clean... not bad at all. To me the customer service is the most important thing and the staff was polite and friendly enough, will be back there if I need to stay by DFW airport again next time.

A little pricey for what you get.

The establishment is clean and is currently undergoing renovations in the lobby. Check in was quick.

The room was very clean, a big thumbs up to the maid. The bed and bedding were comfortable.

The reason I didn't give them a better rating is the following. The room was small and the bathroom was very small especially considering the rate you're paying. A couple of items were broken in the room, like the curtain, pretty obvious. The big negative was the noise from the aircraft. The aircraft noise stopped about 9 pm but I was woken up at 6:22 am by jets landing. My suggestion is to avoid the upper floors.
