Terrible Customer Service

We booked using Hotwire. I stay with Marriott a lot. This experience was terrible. We waited at the front desk for almost an hour to get checked in. They couldn’t find our reservation. Hotwire even confirmed it with them. Manager was so rude. He told me he would, “Comp,” me a room. I said you are acting like you are giving me charity. I paid for the room through Hotwire and they confirmed you have your money. He gave us dirty looks. I asked for his name and Corp office number. He walked away. Came back slapped a post it note on the counter, didn’t say a word and walked off. We have family in Coppell, but it’s too late to wake them. Terrible terrible experience. Our room lock is broken and the elevators smelled like smoke.

Great conference area

We stayed in Dallas for a few days and use the conference room every day. The staff kept everything clean and orderly. They have a very nice facility and we enjoyed it a lot. Great place to hold business meetings.

Great service in the lobby restaurant

Was part of a business group staying at the hotel. We dined most nights in the lobby restaurant and were very pleased with the service offered by two team members in particular, Ryan Kim and Terry Keller. Both gentlemen went out of their way to make us welcome and they really enhanced our experience by way of their kindness, professionalism and sense of fun.

What a great property. Everything is beautiful and updated. The staff are amazing and very friendly and outgoing. There are multiple dining options on property and the foo dis amazing. The hotel had great parking as well. Stayed there for work and felt right at home.

Decent Hotel except....

It's currently going through some renovations so the sound of the jack hammer did at time reach up to the 9th floor. The rooms itself were well kept. The shower/tub could use some TLC (regrout/caulking). Nice to see the soaps and shampoos were all Canadian made. The buffet breakfast looked inviting but I can't comment as I don't eat breakfast. The bar has a good selection of liquor's and the bartenders are not stingy when they're pouring... If I could I would have given this hotel a 4.5* but for the construction noise..
