All of the staff has been wonderful during this stay. The food is good, the rooms are very nice and the employees are very professional. Ryan in the restaurant/bar area gave me great customer service!
I feel like the customer service is outstanding.
They are attentive, yet very courteous. I also have several food allergies and the chefs have made a note of that and have gone the extra mile in assisting me. I have also had no issues with the transportation they offer. Overall I would choose this hotel to stay in once again!

Recolte Restaurant inside the Sheraton DFW

My family came into town and chose Sheraton for their accommodations. When I came to visit them for a drink at Recolte, the hotel’s restaurant, we had the best time and were well taken care of by their server, Efrain. He was polite and professional, and will earn our return to your establishment. Kudos Sheraton DFW!

This hotel should be priced on a two star level. Has not been remodeled probably since the 80's. A drawer was kept closed with a piece of duct tape. All the furniture was old and scratched up and worn. The bathroom was old as well. One thing you can say was great water pressure though. Ac worked off and on. Nothing against what you have but don't boast it as a four star rating when your upkeep is along a 1 or 2. Bartenders were not very friendly.. Basically never cracked a smile. Service was fine though. Like I said if I had paid for two start quality this review would be different.

We showed up about 5 minutes to closing time, and the host & waiter happily sat us down to eat. They were kind, helpful, and happy to take care of us. The waiter, Mukesh, was helpful, quick, and a great waiter. Definitely happy to be staying here.

Nice room annoying maids

I recently stayed in this hotel with a friend. They gave me the wrong kind of room, I reserved two queens and they gave me a king room. I went to the front desk and they were able to change my room right away. The room was clean and nice. We came in early morning and put the do not disturb sign on the door. The maids at 8 am we’re outside our door yelling to each other and laughing very loudly. Then at 930 am the maid and the clipboard person were knocking on our door and about to open our door when we opened it. We still had the do not disturb sign on our door. How is this okay for people to enter your room prior to check out with the sign on the door. As much as it was a nice enough hotel I will never stay here again based on this.
