We attended a convention of 5,000 plus this past weekend July 6-8 my group Stayed at the Sheraton. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and such. the coffee in the room was not the cheap stuff. The staff were very accommodating they opened doors for us and they always greeted us as if they were glad to see us. We had a good time. I hope to stay there again😃

Exec Room booked - Not again

Great room, great people, close to office but not worth upgrading to Exec Room. I book exec rm so I can enjoy the lounge, drinks and food as my hours were long.
Not at all nice. No alcohol, no real food, blah breakfast in all restaurants. Steer clear

great staycation

We are currently expecting baby#2 and had one night to get away while grandparents were in town. We ended up with the Sheraton off of priceline and were so happy! We had a great experience starting at check in, where were were upgraded with some special perks and benefits. It was a quick stay but we felt special and pampered and were able to fully relax for a day! All the staff were wonderful, we felt that the lady at the front desk who initially helped us get settled went above and beyond. It had slipped our minds to write a review until now and I can not unfortunately remember her name. We checked in though on 4/21/18. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton

Very comfortable beds!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Stonebriar in Frisco over Memorial Day. The room was nice and clean, it had a small refrigerator inside the tv stand/dresser combo. It was about a 25 minute drive to downtown however it is about 5 minutes from a decent size mall and restaurants. The bedding was the highlight for me. My room was a 2 double however the weight of the comforter and the plushness of the mattress was a welcoming feeling all 3 nights I stayed at the Sheraton. If I was in the area I would definitely stay there again.

Doubt I would go back

It all started off good. The front desk was nice and tried to get me checked in early. It all went down hill from there. The space tries to emulate a loft or maybe courtyard but misses the mark. In the business center I couldn’t find a plug. That’s practically a disaster these days. Laptop bar with no desk. I had no room so no wifi. I had to walk back to the front desk twice to get the password. Meanwhile I was getting 10,000 messages the work day just started. They did get me my key but an arrogant millennial said you are in the south tower. As if I know where the south tower is??? I had to hunt around and ask again as my phone pinged in my pocket reminding me that I need a plug. The room was nice and a huge comfortable Sheraton heavenly bed. Plugs! Nice laptop desk, worked straight through lunch. Room service salad was decent but the attendant walks in and hands me the bill ‘can you sign this?’ she barks. Dang! Then on top of the service fee there is a space for ‘gratuity’ for a rude server? Well this headache is not going anywhere so maybe just a bath... I head to the bathroom and there is only a shower!!!! This business trip is heading south quick. Luckily they had bottles of water. I passed out early hoping the headache would go away. At 2:00am someone wakes me up pounding on my door. I was not going to open it. I call the front desk. They said a smoke alarm went off they wanted to see how I was. Luckily Sheraton still has a heavenly bed because the rest was no fun. The breakfast in the cold & uncomfortable lounge was 14.95. I passed. Can’t recommend.
