How to Get There
Poor billing practices— my wife stayed at the Hyatt Regency Dallas a few weeks ago. While she was there they charge her card not only the cost of the stay (hers was the card on hold for a business trip on check in they were given the correct card to update) but also a $250 charge that the hotel had no record of. The charge for the stay was refunded but the other $250 charge was disputed by the hotel saying they had no record of the charge. We provided bank statements showing the charges and finally they have agreed to return the charge in 5-7 business days. It has already been 3 weeks that we have been fighting this error. To me to respond with an oops here is your money that we took with no authority and you had to prove to us to get it back is poor customer service and billing. After finding y’alls error not even an apology was issued for the hours spent on the phone and emails.
We loved staying here! Everything was great from the checkin, the rooms are super clean and beds are really comfortable. Room service and food was great too! We forgot one of our car keys w/ valet and ended up driving all the way home. Hyatt was great and had my keys sent overnight. We will def be back soon!
