How to Get There
I have been staying at the hotel for 20 years. Most of my visits have been business trips but I have had a few other visits. The rooms have not changed much, if at all, during that time; however, the lobby/bar areas have been upgraded many times.
Convenience to Love Field in unparalleled for a quality hotel and walk ability to nearby shops and restaurants also convenient. The exercise room is spacious and well maintained and the pool area on the top level is a nice amenity.
The lobby bar is usually lively with a variety of offerings and good food options. I have always found the staff to be helpful and considerate.
Lovely hotel for our wedding guests. The front desk was organized and efficient. The breakfast in the restaurant was great. The concierge floor had water and snacks available. The valet had a small driveway to move cars around and did a wonderful job.
This used to be a favorite. The rooms are very tired. Don’t pay extra to be on the concierge floor. The open seating area and coffee/breakfast services no longer exist. There is now a metal tray by the elevator with water, apples and dum dum suckers....hmmmm
