Awesome Hotel and Front Desk
Reviewed 1 day ago

Came in for business, the front desk staff - Diana Brothers - was excellent. Upon checkout, we realized that the company credit card was not on file, so she personally called the company to sought out the matter. Later she called me in the afternoon with an update, I couldn’t answer so she left a voicemail. Then she called again with the confirmation that it was all taken care off. Such superb customer service, Diana is head and shoulders above any other front desk staff I have come across! Will definitely stay here again

Outstanding staff!

Comfortable hotel with nice amenities in a fun neighborhood - but I have to point out the great front desk staff working there, in particular Samuel McDonald and one "Sugar." But super-friendly, eager to please, and customer-focused. Good place to stay with even better staff.

3 Night Stay - Will Return...

Diana Brothers at the front desk set the tone for my stay. She was very professional and courteous. Diana gave me a map of local restaurants and things to do. When on business is Dallas we normally stay at the Fairmont. Going forward we will be staying at the Marriott.

So much better

I haven’t stayed here for quite some time because it was really tired and needed an update. Well - it got one and is really nice now! Check in was a little busy but additional staff came out immediately and were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and the lounge took up an entire floor. The location is ideal for me. I’ll be back.

Week long visit - overall great experience

This is a lovely hotel, centrally located, and well appointed. The staff at the front desk go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed, and great entertainment options. The restaurant has good food but the bar does get excessively loud when large conferences are staying at the hotel so don't plan to eat there if you want to have quieter conversations. However, the atmosphere is fun, during the day there is a food court downstairs, easy access to downtown, and a real commitment to customer service from all of the staff.
