I want to thank Mr. Raeshond and Joseph.... they both helped me out a lot for security officers they went above and beyond which they didn't have too and I am glad they could sit and listen to my story which I ramble a lot. Thank you two.

First off this hotel staff is amazing! I want to give a shout out to the amazing Ms. Diamond who is the room service lady, she is amazing!! Me and my Wife came here for Thanksgiving to see family; unfortunately my wife had gotten sick during the trip so she wasn't really eating so I proceeded to order some food. I order the Chef sandwich with voss water and side salad and that yummy key lime pie... it felt like I ordered my food 5 minutes ago and it is already at my door! That was a fast delivery i was impressed and amazed that it came in a bag. Ms. Diamond gave me my food and asked how was everything and if we liked these new upgraded room, I told her the rooms are amazing!! And I explained my wife is sick so I am taking care of her, she said she got something for my wife and she left.. 10 min later she came back with Tortilla soup, ginger ale, tazo mint tea lemon and honey and my wife was grateful she went out her way to do that for her!! THANK YOU DIAMOND YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND I WISH I HAD A TIP FOR HER, BUT I HOPE THIS COULD REACH HER!!! Thank you Marriott for this stay!

I have been a Marriott rewards member for over 20 years. I recently booked an evening at this hotel. Due to some unforeseen occurrences we had to call hotel to beg them to please cancel our reservation. Even though we have been rewards members for 20+ years and had an emergency come up and were within 24-48 hours of the reservation we were told we would absolutely still pay the full nights fee as this was their policy and they hung up on me. This will be the last time I use Marriott for my stays. This Hotel chain used to be about customer service and as of now this has to be the worse experience I have had as it relates to how they treat their customers.

Platinum Elite Marriott member here. I checked in online but my flight was delayed. That morning, I got an email saying I was a no show, so I called right away. The guy said it was no problem, so I show up and the manager told me I was out of luck and they're sold out. I explain that I called to confirm this morning that I was good for my 5 day stay, he basically calls me a liar. I call Marriott Corp and they call the front desk. I'm sitting ten feet away and can hear the clerk call me a liar again.

If Marriott doesn't want my business, this sure is the way to lose it fast.
