Excellent stay in a wonderful location along the river. The location is next to a lot of activities and a great dog park. Boats and kayaks were available to rent. The atmosphere was very relaxing. We held a wonderful engagement party and would recommend to others.

Great place to stay in Austin-central to everything!

My friend and I decided to do a long weekend trip to Austin--because food. We chose the Hyatt because of its great service (mailed my postcard with a complimentary stamp!) and location. The hotel is right across from Congress bridge where the bats fly out at sunset!, walkable to pretty much everywhere, including SoCo, state capitol building, Rainey st, lady bird lake...etc., and you can rent kayaks right outside of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Austin and want access to awesome food, bars, sights, and outdoor adventures.

From check-in to check-out and everything in between, my stay at this hotel was first class. I attended conference sessions at the same hotel. All rooms and surrounding areas were kept clean and the staff did a great job with the food and refreshments. All the audio/visual eqmt worked great too!

Excellent Location. Walking distance to all places.

This is a well maintained hotel. It has all that you'd need plus you can easily walk around to the main attractions downtown. The hotel has a well equipped gym, restaurants, bars. Very much impressed with the cleanliness. Even more so when there was a big conference ongoing during the stay.

Excellent Customer Service

Spent 5 nights at the Hyatt Regency for a convention. Customer service surpassed my expectations. I wish all my hotel stays were like this one. Each and every hotel employee I interacted with provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the Austin area.
