This is a gem! Staff is friendly and caring. We stayed in the Regency cottage, which is a cottage on the property. It is your own little house, with a large bedroom, elegant bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. Breakfast is free, and is delicious! There is even a shuttle to take you to nearby AT&T Stadium on game day. We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we are in Dallas.

A Perfect Oasis When in DFW Area

We came for the TOSU football game at ATT Stadium. Found this amazing property. Each room/suite/villa/cottage is uniquely decorated and wonderful. We stayed in the Btistol Cottage. There is a king bed, oversized jacuzzi tub, fireplace, comfy living room, dining room, desk area, kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Staff are wonderfully engaging. The setting and grounds are immaculate. Cottages have private parking w gate access. So quiet! Linen and towels are wonderful, as are the spa robes. Included made to order breakfast is just the ticket. Their restaurant and bar are amazing....food and service topnotch. Their shuttle to AT&T events is wondeful and Van the Van Man was icing on the cake. This is such a beautiful place; everything exceeded expectations. We will return next time we're in DFW area. It's perfectly sited to easily reach all the area's attractions, yet safe and quiet. Like a Secret Garden...

Even better the second time

We visited family in Arlington, Texas and stayed a second time at this great bed and breakfast. It is actually much more than that--it has a fabulous restaurant (506) within the inn. We stayed in the Verona cottage. Absolutely lovely. Spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Wonderful included breakfast at 506 each morning. Book early--it sells out during football season. We will be back. Highest recommendation!!

Elegant and Beautiful Bed and Breakfast

Simply excellent! The room was beautifully furnished with antiques I loved. And the picture window overlooking the gardens and gazebo was a delight.
The food was awesome along with the attention and atmosphere. We were honored that Chef Joey came to our table during our meal. My steak and jumbo shrimp and my daughter's Salmon were delightful. Perfect !
The Sanford House is a quiet gem nestled in heart of the Dallas area..

I came in town for a short visit on business. I stayed in the Beethoven room and we booked the Renoir Room for our meeting with potential clients and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent and venue was superb. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town.
