Noisiest room ever. Overlooked the pool and town square and the bands there and in the bar played loudly until past 2:00 a.m., horrible sleep. No in room refrigerator other than the pressure sensitive mini-bar which you could not use for your own personal use. Coffee pot pitifully small. Maid service late in the day, 5:00 p.m., towels apparently rationed because they gave us one wash cloth to use for two people. The staff was not friendly. Complimentary breakfast consisted of fruit, bagels and croissants. I've had better breakfasts at the Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is completely overpriced, $250.00/night for two nights of the worse sleep I've ever experienced in a hotel. We will never stay here again

My first time staying at this hotel. The price was good and the service was even better. We weee offered 2 complimentary drinks at the monnalisa bar/lounge. My only small issue was the complimentary breakfast could have had more options.

Clean, comfortable, trendy, and amazing room service

We don't stay here often when we travel to Houston for work since it is a little spendy, but I LOVE when we do! I love staying at City Centre for the convenience of the restaurants, and the hotel itself is fantastic. I had a corner room facing the pool and the center of the shopping area and it was fun to watch the fountains and people milling around. The room was massive, has beautiful hardwood floors, a large countertop in the bathroom, a nice sectional sofa and a big closet!

The best part was the room service. The ordering iPad in my room wasn't working, so the nice guy at the front desk read me the menu over the phone! I ordered the salmon and chocolate cake and it was the BEST room service I've ever had. Quick and so so good.

Can't wait to come back!

Checked in to a stinking room. Upon complaining I was recieved by an unfriendly reception staff. My room was promised to be changed the next day which never happened.
The level of service was appalling for a hotel which is high on it price point

Very good!

My second time at Sorella, same comments from last time. It is a very good hotel, clean, organised, well located (bars, restaurants, stores... great area to have a walk during the weekend), and is very close to the energy corridor (in case you work in the O&G industry). Staff is always nice and supportive (Raphael in the parking area is a star!). Lowlights: rooms could have more lights, it’s too dark sometimes, and breakfast could have more options.
