How to Get There
We stayed here for a weekend away in Nashville and this hotel does not disappoint. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows and bright decor. The hotel itself is great with a lovely (albeit small) infinity pool and a very trendy rooftop bar. It’s also within a 10 min walk to the craziness of Broadway so you don’t feel like you are running into drunk crazies every minute (although you will run into gaggles of bachelorette parties). It’s also a 15 minute walk to the hip neighborhood the Gulch. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed 3 nights accommodation the Westin which is just a short walk to country and western bars on Broadway and 2nd Avenue.
The room is well appointed with great toiletries. The bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows.
The staff are welcoming and the gymnasium was fantastic with plenty of equipment including a TRX area.
The only item that could be improved was a better briefing on when and where breakfast is served and there was no information in the room about the opening times of various facilities including the pool, spa etc.
It was great but very expensive!
When I left my room early in the morning for a run, there was a naked man in the hallway trying to get into people's rooms. I complained to the manager and only received a 'sorry that happened.' They told me the put the man back in his room (rather than asking him to leave). I submitted a survey asking someone to follow up with me because it made me feel very unsafe. No one has.
The hotel is absolutely amazing and the staff are so accommodating....truly the definition of Southern hospitality. We are staying for a girls weekend and Anna at the front desk made sure we were comfortable by offering a larger room for four women sharing a space. :) This definitely started the weekend off right!
The overall service and experience from the valet staff to Brantley at the desk (very pleasant and painless check-in) to Greg (our server for breakfast) to Ainsley (great response to information) was excellent!! The staff are very responsive, supportive, and pleasant.
We love the Westin!
