Posh hotel in a perfect location
Reviewed 4 days ago

The hotel is very nice with a restaurant/bar and snack shop. The staff are very nice and the room was clean and bed very comfortable. I had a great view from room 1718. The cons: VERY EXPENSIVE!!! and the only perk is the coffee pot in the room and a mini fridge (found in the cabinet that looks like a dresser). You have to pay $5 for a bottle of water. If you have deep pockets then this place is for you. If you are on a budget then you may find the cost a little hard to swallow. You have access to a pool and exercise room but I did not check those out. The biggest PRO: you are walking distance to almost everything you come to Nashville to see. Just a couple of blocks to Honky Tonk row, Johnny Cash Museum, Music Hall of Fame and more plus around the corner to Opry House. You can walk to a Subway or several area restaurants and bars. There are lots of musicians here so every bar has a band playing and in the evening the street is full of entertainment. If you like to party Honky Tonk row will exceed your expectations and you can walk back to the hotel.

Excellent and Relaxing

The downtown location of the hotel is great. Very close to Broadway and the Honky Tonk bars. The Bridgestone Arena is also just around the corner. The rooms have full length Windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer great views of the city. Bathrooms was well appointed with quality bath care products and a good powerful over bath shower. The shop in the reception area is good but a bit expensive. Concierge and valet staff very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff and excellent service

My sister and I arrived from Australia and were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the marketplace and the free transport within 5 mile radius. The driver was extremely helpful and went out of his way to find a converter of electricity for us. The receptionists were excellent. We would recommend future visitors to stay there. The only criticism we would make was the shower handle. It was difficult to turn it on and off. Would recommend that instructions be left somewhere for people not used to it.

Central Location

Stayed here for four nights on our recent visit to Nashville . The hotel is located close to most major tourist attractions including the Roman Auditorium , Country Music Hall of Fame , Johnny Cash Museum and of course broadway. Public transport is available close by as is the hop on / hop off trolley.
The Little Fib and Bridge restaurants are first class.
All staff were polite and helpful.

Excellent stay

Great rooms, great food, wonderful service, everyone very friendly and helpful.

Only SLIGHT negative is that even on the 13th floor it is unnerving how much noise you can hear from the street level.

Other than that a wonderful stay.
