How to Get There
Stayed 5 nights, combining pleasure with business. Hotel is in great condition, staff was awesome and food for business meetings was great as well. Only downside, and totally understand, was the noise of the construction being done outside the building all night long and I know the hotel cannot control this. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend!
Stayed only over night here and arrived late to facilitate a conference the next day. Unfortunately I missed the restaurant last call for room service. I ordered up a club sandwich which was unfortunately pre-prepared and cold. The service was nice and I like the way everything was presented, including a nice salad, an extra bottle of water, too. However, I was absolutely starved and it did the job in a pinch. The hotel room was nice, the bed was good for me, and I had a good sleep. Since the hotel was adjacent to the conference centre it was an easy walk down the hall to lead my session the next day.
We stayed here when we were in Nashville and we were very disappointed. The hotel is a large convention hotel with absolutely no charm. When we arrived there was not a doorman in sight. Later in our visit when we saw the doormen, they were busy talking to each other and seemed to find questions from guests to be an annoyance.
When we got to the elevators, we thought it was great that there were 5 elevators. However, we should have realized that the reason that there are benches near the elevators is that 5 elevators are not nearly enough. The wait for an elevator was surprisingly long.
Our room was very noisy. There was street noise and noise from the rooms on either side of us. In addition, the room doors noisily slam closed so we heard room doors slamming well into the night.
In a city with so many hotels, you certainly should be able to find a better choice than the Renaissance.
Our service by Renah Boulus and Makar Boulus was superb ! The banquet occurred on June7, 2019, we were at table 7. Not only was the food quickly served, our table’s needs were met in a perfect manner, not rushed and not delayed. The filet of beef was delicious. Thank you Renah Boulus and Makar Boulus!
Hotel was two blocks from Broadway. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location and hotel, in general. Hotel restaurant was clean and also provided excellent service. Had dinner in the hotel on one evening and food was very good. Menu is rather limited, but there is something for most all food preferences.
