How to Get There
Great hotel with excellent service and restaurants. Friendly and professional service. Ideal location. Staff in the restaurant was very accommodating to my dietary needs. Front desk staff was very informative and very helpful.
Located within walking distance in the heart of the city, the Omni's staff provide excellent service. Wonderful bar with great food and drink. Meet up with friends after a day of exploring the city. Right across the street from the convention center.
It was the perfect place for a business trip. Convenient location with lots of restaurants in and out of the hotel. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The only improvement I can see is to have a better cafe offering in addition to coffee. Wished there were more of a pastry, breakfast selection.
We came to nashville for a company party. Got to the hotel and wow is it beautiful. We decided to wait about a hour for our room to get switched to a downtown view (definitely recommended if you can) Best part was it only took about 10 minutes! The room was very clean, everything was just perfect! The only downfall was no bathtub but the shower was very nice! If you stay in Nashville stay here you won't be let down!
This is certainly a top-notch hotel. Lobby is absolutely beautiful. We were there in December so was decorated with several beautiful Christmas trees. Staff is very friendly & attentive to what you need.
The room was very nice. View from the 21st floor facing downtown was a wonderful sight at night with all the lights. Bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept in.
Clean which is a big factor for me. There is even an iron/ironing board in the closet along with 2 robes. We didn't go to it, but heard they have a very nice hot tub.
Keurig coffee maker in room. Also mini-fridge which is always convenient to have.
They leave you a couple bottles of water in the room.
Very close to walk to the main Broadway St. where all the action is.
Restaurant off lobby for breakfast was very good, but also very expensive. So be prepared if that is what you opt for.
They also have valet parking available. Never found where you could park on your own at this hotel without doing the valet. So I guess if you want to do on your own you have to park somewhere else & walk there. I did read reviews that said the library parking is good & reasonably priced.
