How to Get There
We had a fabulous experience! Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff! Bellmen were outstanding! Shout out to Zach, Val, Alex and Ethan! They were super helpful! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!!
I booked this for a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday! This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! The lobby was so beautiful and the staff was so friendly. Nothing to complain about at all. Our room was very clean, and just amazing!!
We also visited the Mason's Bar that is located in the hotel and it was great! The staff was very good and made sure you were taken care of at all times. We will be back here again. If you are coming to visit Nashville this is the place to stay. You will not regret it, promise!
Great hotel, great service. From the minute you pull up to the front door until you check out they are 5 star. Judy M. in the Restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. Kept our coffee cups full and fast personable service. Carlos did at check in was fantastic as well. You all Rock at Loews. Thanks to all for a great weekend get away fantastic 5 star all the way.
I stayed at the Loews Vanderbilt for a conference held inside the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and included a Keurig coffee maker as well as a nicely stocked minibar. I had several issues during my stay (lost luggage, cancelled credit card), but the staff was very wonderful in helping me with those issues. They also were very helpful when finding the best must-go places during my little time off.
The hotel bar was well stocked, with plenty of seating. There also is multiple TVs and a big screen to watch sports. While I have not tried the restaurant itself, the hotel provided the catering for my conference, including daily breakfast, snacks, lunch and one dinner. The food was excellent, and the staff was quick to replenish the food.
The hotel is right across Vanderbilt university, and very close to restaurants and bars. If you want to go to downtown Nashville you would have to drive or take a cab to get there though.
Overall it was a great experience, and I would recommend the hotel.
My father and step mother took our family to Nashville to get married. The concierge was incredibly helpful arranging flowers for us. The food at the restaurant and bar was absolutely amazing (especially breakfast) as well as our waitress Judy M. who we highly recommend. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. This was by far the best overall hotel experience I’ve ever had!
